Hector and his crew exceeded every expectation. He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and treated our home with the utmost respect from start to finish. The installation of our three picture windows in the living room was flawless—everything looks absolutely stunning and has completely transformed the space. What really stood out was the attention to detail and care. Not only was the work top-notch, but Hector and his team left the area spotless—no mess, no debris, nothing for us to worry about. Editing because they left a whole muddy mess all over the front of my house my driveway and the sidewalk that I had recently had power washed they said they were going to come back and take care of it but made me wait 6 days and it's still dirtier than it was when they came out to originally do the job......... The windows are nice but the service was lacking Hector and his team did a wonderful job doing the install. No troubles. It has been raining that morning and there was mud everywhere but they put drop clothes all over and cleaned off my welcome mats and my patio. The windows are beautiful.

We just had two windows replaced in our home. When the salesman came out he explained in great detail how the new windows would save us in our energy costs and create a more comfortable environment. We were impressed with the demonstration with a heat lamp and true to form when they were installed it was an immediate change in temperature. Our installer Brandon and his crew were very courteous, hardworking, professional and very polite. We will be singing their praises to everyone. Their attention to detail was impressive and their enthusiasm was great! I can count on one hand the number of reviews I have ever done , so this is so very deserved.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience thus far with Window Nation . From the beginning, we were given inconsistent and inaccurate information regarding pricing and product options. We received conflicting quotes through Dropbox and from the representative who came to our business to take measurements. Despite clearly stating that I wanted the same style of windows we currently have, it felt like we were being steered toward more expensive products that we did not request. To make matters worse, we were charged three separate times instead of a single payment as expected. This has created unnecessary stress and frustration. For the past week and a half, I have repeatedly contacted customer service seeking a resolution. Each time, I am told that my issue is being "escalated," yet no one has provided answers or resolved the problem. I continue to get the runaround with no clear communication or accountability. I expected transparency, accurate information, and responsive customer service. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Window Nation. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both its sales process and customer support. The third party adjuster, Carter, was the only person who was helpful throughout this process, and I have no complaints about his professionalism and assistance. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the significant investment involved. I hope Window Nation addresses these issues and provides better communication and customer service going forward and will not recommend this co. going forward.

We are thrilled with our new windows! They make our home look fantastic! They have also helped to reduce outside traffic noise. We had 2 different crews work at our home amd both did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond to handle any problems. Thank you Daniel Torres and your crew! Highly recommend.
