We researched window replacement companies including Renewal by Anderson. In addition, we talked to friends, neighbors and others about widow replacement companies including cost, quality and durability. Ultimately, we selected Anderson based on the quality of the windows and the suitability for our passive solar home. We built our home in 1983 using Canadian building standards and insulation. We found the crew Anderson sent to our home to be extremely qualified and efficient. The team lead, Yuri was extremely knowledgeable and his team was a pleasure to have in our home. His expertise was extremely evident and the team completed the project ahead of the proposed time frame. The quality of the product and the installation exceeded our expectations.

1st great restaurant Ramblin Jacks Chehalis, informed presentation by Renewal by Anderson staff, interesting content, genuine feeling thru out. I didn't feel any pressure, I did ask to sign up, and was pleased to get a rep coming to our home in just a few days. Great meal with a couple beers was just what I needed. 100% satisfied with Andersen. The crews were great. 17 windows replaced in 3 days, including the slider. Also had a crew replace dry rot around and below kitchen window. Highly recommend. Denis and Victor, Crew 25 (sorry don’t recall names) and Yuri and his partner were all great, excellent installers and dry rot repair. All were very respectful of our home and property, they kept us informed of every step of the project. Denis and Victor stayed late on two days to complete work.

Our custom windows from Renewal By Andersen are so beautiful unlike those vinyl cheap things you see on everybody else’s home. Choosing our windows was a breeze, and Michael was wonderful. When it came to installing the crew arrived ahead of schedule or clean, courteous, efficient and professional. In a matter of a few hours, we had the upstairs windows Installed to our satisfaction. I can’t say enough about the great job and how they look, with the bonus feature of a tilt in so you can clean the outside of the window from the inside of your home, then flip it around and lock it back in place they are amazing! We had a new bay window installed. Excellent service. Excellent install. Communication was great. We were told approximately 12 weeks from order til install and they were done in 8 weeks. Workers arrived on time and protected floors and landscaping.. Salesman Nick came by twice to check on progress and make sure we were happy. This experience was just the opposite of our previous window contractor in every way.
