KVN did an amazing job on our siding, painting, and gutters (they also installed our new roof, which I previously reviewed)! The crew was efficient, professional, and clearly committed to quality work. Jesse and Daniel, our field managers, communicated with us every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions throughout the process. The craftsmanship from each crew was excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. I’ve posted before and after photos - we’re thrilled with the transformation!

An overall positive experience with KVN. They were the only contractor that responded to the RFQ with a complete quotation for all the services requested. ( Siding, gutters, and a repaint ) They price was a little higher than everyone else, but they did quote everything. They were clear about what they were doing and when they would do it. They were clear about customer responsibilities, things we needed to do. When there were issues, these were communicated clearly with options and a direction to take. Again a good experience.

Had our siding and gutters replaced and painted. They did a great job and kept us regularly updated on the progress. They kept us informed on any issues they found along the way when tearing down the old siding and made quick repairs. We would recommend KVN for any siding replacement you may need.

It was so easy to work with KVN. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Javier and his crew went above and beyond expectations. The roof looks amazing and they cleaned everything up perfectly. (They even picked up our extra leaves in the driveway and porch area) We were updated during the entire process with texts and pictures. Loving the look of the new vents and roof. I have high hopes for a cooler summer. They even fixed a bathroom exhaust line that was just hanging out in the attic. It was never vented to the outside. Highly recommend KVN. Very reasonable prices. Very efficient. (2 days even with a couple of complications)

KVN Construction was great to work with. They re-sided and painted our house. They also installed several windows. They cleaned up pretty good after the job was finished. We would hire them again and we highly recommend them.
