I choose Weatherby’s over three other competitors because of their straight forward no pressure competitive price quote. I had them replace a 40 yr. old sliding glass door and a 40yr.old kitchen window. I could not be happier with the whole process and personnel I had the pleasure to deal with from the initial consultation and quote from Alex to the final measurements prior order by Robby to the professional installation crew headed by Louis and Star from the office staff who kept me informed of the status of the order. Also a shout out to the “Anlin” widow and doors. Fantastic product & warranty .

I was extremely pleased with the customer service and professional knowledge that Robby and Crystal displayed when I had a question about the Milgard windows my mother purchased 9 years ago from Weathersby Windows. After a recent horrendous storm, one window developed a leak along the top of the window. I sent photos and lots of questions to Crystal because these windows have held up extremely well. I discovered several small gaps in the stuuco around the frame. I explained to Crystal that it appeared my neglected maintenance contributed to the issue as I could not see a defect in the window. She scheduled her master installer, Robby, to check the issue. Not only did Robby bring the products needed to reapir the drywall and stucco, he showed me how to correctly apply the products, not once, but on five of our windows. His knowledge is absolutely impressive as a master craftsman. He shared tips on how to maintain the windows. As a senior citizen with no trades experience, his straightforward explanations have given me the confidence to do this maintenance. You will not be disappointed with Weathersby windows and doors. Their products are very durable. Our windows still function just like new. And yes, we will buy all of our windows and doors from Weathersby.

The product is superb and the installers were on time, professional, and personable. They were able to remove a large 5 foot by 6 foot sliding window and seamlessly retrofit a beautiful picture window in its place without needing to cut any existing framing or stucco.

Vinnie came out to give us a quote to-replace all of the windows in our Sun City home. From the moment he stepped through the door until the job was finished it was a very pleasant experience His follow up and communication was fantastic. We didn’t have to worry about anything. The crew that installed our windows were efficient and professional. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and they left the house spotless. We had windows that needed to be replaced(original, 26 yrs old). After 5 bids, we chose Weathersby Windows and Doors. Vinnie was very knowledgeable about windows in general and answered all of our questions during his initial visit. He had nothing negative to say about other companies. We told him what we wanted. He offered different options (without high pressure sales). With his knowledge we chose the right application for our house. We felt that the lead time for delivery and install was reasonable. At the beginning of the two day install, the Weathersby crew got right to work. They were very efficient. I appreciated their attention to detail. We are happy with this purchase and Weathersby.
