We just had Everlasting come Wed~Fri to replace all the windows except few small decorative ones along with sliding doors that would be as wide as the back window to be installed in its place. In residential builds, details matter. In commercial builds, no one cares if one seam looks better than the other as long as its sealed. When the salesman was here, we weren't shown how ugly the retrofit would look along with how the sliding door installation would have the lower threshold higher than 3/4" from finished floor.. its currently 2-1/2" which is a trip hazard and as far as i know not per code. The door isn't a retrofit because they needed to remove the wall and the frames from the old windows weren't even there. And yet, it is a retrofit look and its frustrating to look at. But, it does match the rest of the windows so maybe i will get used to it. But, they couldn't even finish it because they dented one piece at the bottom and cracked and broke the end of the top piece, which they acknowledged and said they would return in a couple weeks once they receive replacement pieces for it. The quality of the windows, though US made, and sold to us as if they were of high quality, was more like some knock off cheap one. Now to the workmanship and the install crew... They had 1 gentleman who is an installer that was competent with 3 others. Our window flat trims were scissor cut and looked pretty rough with gaps between the next strip going perpendicular. The caulk job was an absolute mess. Not even consistent. Some looked like a child played with it and others weren't as bad. When we walked with 1 to show the concerns, they had the helper come in to "fix" them but I had to walk it again the 2nd time. This was the one giving me the whole bs about how "it was manufactured that way" answer when I asked about various things including why the side strips have a huge gap from the top and some don't. Come to find out before they left, that its a simple fix to just push them up. I get they are newer employees with less experience but the QUALITY check was lacking. I wasn't looking for perfection; I just wanted consistency and definitely not some bs excuse of why it can't be corrected. In addition, they scraped a bunch of the curved corners and litterally took paint chips off... which isnt that big of a deal because we nees to repaint the house anyway and we have other dings and dents. My family, who had been home the entire time, had to hear the younger helpers/finishers (i dont even know what to call them) get yelled at several times for not even holding the dang ladder properly or at all constantly several times even in the same day. It shows how younger inexperienced guys didn't pay attention... the same ones doing the finishing with caulk. If the finishing was at least on point, I probably would have given them 4 stars for effort. But effort wasnt even there. It's embarrassing to look at and extremely frustrating to see all these flaws in every single window they installed. When they were removing old windows, we found so many broken glass pieces all over the inside and outside. Even after vacuuming it, we kept finding more. We even found some in our dogs' food bowl and even across the room in one. Here and there, I can understand, but this was way more than that. Oh and this morning... (yesterday was their 3rd day installing) i find that one of the steps has a mark like something hit it really hard. Fresh. In addition, my one kiddo mentioned there is a small hole in their tub that wasn't there before like someone dropped a tool... (and yes there was a window on top that also was replaced.) Pictures attached. I really regret my choices to do my windows with Everlasting right now. Maybe in a couple of weeks or so when their PM and the one competent installer comes to finish everything up... it would make me feel better. But as of right now... I don't want to see the windows because it makes me seriously regret this completely. Guess it was my bad thinking they would deliver quality.

We ordered and designed a custom French door look in a sliding glass door. Thank you Caitlin Meyer for getting us set up and in contact with the right people with Everlasting Window and door LLC. Every employee we interacted with was amazing, professional and knowledgeable. These doors have the rollers on the top instead of the bottom, preventing rusting from standing water or dirt, fur, dust and debris. We love it. Thank you!!!

I purchased multiple windows and doors from Everlasting W&D and I couldn't be any happier, they were completely honest and professional throughout the entire process from design to installation. These guys are top shelf in my opinion versus the competition.

Very disappointed on the whole outcome of the presentation. Well here we go with the firs Strike. when I received a call a day before from a representative and confirm the date and time, they add to say that they are military or veterans something alone this line and that they are very serious about been on time. well that is the 1st Strike. The representative showed up 35 minutes late with out calling or letting us know he was going to be late and given excuses about that it was his day off and they just call him. likely excused. 2nd Strike. Well, he went on for 1hr. about warranties and nothing about the product. until we have to ask him to get to the point on the product. still after he had all the measurements in hand yet he could not get to the point of pricing. Trike 3. He still as for 15 more minutes to quote. we then told him to email the quote the following day. till this day have not received a hello or a quote. if this is to expect from this company before they even start. what to expect on installation and commitment to the project. Can figure out how a company stands behine their values and how they highly speak about their product and professional representation when they could not even get a quote finish and get to their appointments on time. Make your choice wisley. I will wait to see how long it would take them to respond.
