“I had initially given 5 stars because of your people. Kind and very respectful. But now that I’ve waited the entire summer to get my patio screen door( and yes I know COVID) may be partly responsible) but the entire summer? As well I think the cost of the windows is a bit high. I think the reason for this is the 20 year warranty that is needed since the screens are on the outside of the window and one tap from a chair ripped it easily . For the cost I would think they would be stronger. That’s all.”

“This was a service call to examine a recently installed slider door. It turned out that the door that was installed was slightly bowed and that resulted in poor sliding and locking after about 2 weeks following installation. The issue was recognized immediately and a new door is set to be delivered in about 8 weeks. Very smooth and professional assessment and interaction. Just too bad that the original material was less than ideal.”
