My wife and I recently hired Reece Windows and Doors to replace all the windows and exterior doors in our home and I couldn’t be more thrilled and thankful for the work they did and the improvement it has made to our home. Our home had low quality single pane metal windows, a beat up looking front door, and old french doors opening up to our back patio and pool. The windows were very inefficient and our French doors were tough to open and close. With the assistance of Erik, the manager of the Apopka office, we upgraded to energy efficient hurricane rated windows, a nice hew front door, and a beautiful sliding glass door to our patio. Before hiring Reece we had 2 really awful experience with contractors for other home improvement projects and we were very nervous about having a 3rd project go badly for us. Erik made sure that we were completely happy with our purchase, kept us informed throughout the process, and assured us that the installation process would go smoothly and that we would be very pleased with the results. He gave us a wonderful crew to do the work and we were so happy with the installers Yandy and Sandro and the end results. They worked continuously and efficiently to install our windows and doors and get us through this process and did such a great job. Everything looks better than we had hoped for and they did everything with a smile and a wonderful attitude and personality. And the cleanup was perfect. A few of the single pane windows shattered when they were being removed which concerned me because we have 3 French Bulldogs who will try to eat anything they can find but after they left I cleaned and examined around every window and there wasn’t a sign that the old windows had ever been removed or even existed which really made the entire process as wonderful for us as possible. If you really want high quality windows at a great price installed by a great company that hires really highly qualified installers with a wonderful work ethic and attitude I couldn’t recommend Reece Windows and Doors enough. We are so happy we hired them and we love and thank them for helping us upgrade the look, value, safety, and efficiency of our home.

Took off a day of work for the install after waiting months. They on day of install that the installer had a personal issue and would not be out. I told them this was not expectable as I could not take another day. They did send someone out. I was not left with any paperwork for the inspector. The inspector did not show on day it was suppose to be scheduled. Inspector told me it was never scheduled. The inspector noticed the windows were stiff. One window came out of track as the metal bracket was not attached properly. I called and no response and fixed myself so I could close the window. One window is built crooked. Spline on almost all screens where not seated all the way in and screen material was loose. I had to fix myself as no call back. Alarm sensor was left on one of the windows. I called immediately after installers left. It took hours to provide me with the installer's number. It was too late to recover sensor and was told to send in the invoice and would be reimbursed. That was months ago and never received. Was told during the sales process, the windows were impact resistant and just noticed on the contract they are non impact so I am not sure if I paid for impact as these windows where pretty expensive. No information on warranty was provided so I am not even sure there is one as I was told there was a transferable warranty. Have never received call back for anything. Not sure if this was just one screw up after another or if the company is of poor quality. Expensive lesson learned.

We are so happy we choose Reece Windows! The person we first consulted with was friendly and clearly explained the reasons Reece windows were best. His presentation was so compelling we decided to not get any other estimates (which we planned to do.) The process from that first meeting was great. Reece communicated often what stage of the process we were in. Everyone we worked with, from measurement to installation, were so knowledgeable and friendly. Our window made the cub appeal better. We also have hurricane shutters that Reece helped us organize. The shutters give us such peace of mind as hurricane season is here. We did not choose impact resistant windows. Even the city inspector was impressed. He said our windows were about as close as you can get to impact resistant. I feel the price was very fair. Friends always react when I tell them what the cost is. They say windows are SO expensive but our windows were a great deal. We agree! A very high value for the price. I very highly recommend Reece!

A complete waste of time and very unprofessional. We set up an appointment, the agent came, and after more than one hour of talking, he couldn’t show me the door design. He just gave me a price and asked me to pay it! I’m like I want to see the door I want install on my house? He told me he has a problem with his system. Next day he came again and we picked the door we liked and we signed the contract. They were supposed to take measurements that week, but they delayed it for another week. Meanwhile, I was putting my exterior house painting on hold because the painters will paint the door. Two weeks later they came for measurements. And even then they had a different variation of the door we picked. By the third week, the agent called me and came to my house, and he said he put in the wrong door and the door that I wanted is $10,000!!! At that point, I was furious. This is so unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I expressed my frustration to the manager as well, but the company just doesn’t care. I highly recommend to look for another company.

We are excited to get our new windows from Reece! Tim Hutchenson demonstrated just how well the windows are built and we were impressed. Tim was enthusiastic, thourough, respectfull and professional. Highly recommend Reece and Tim if you are looking for a quality built window. My wife was super impressed and wanted them even more than me!
