I’m very happy with my new windows! We had a difficult opening—a wooden-framed window from 1956—that several other companies refused to handle. Prestige not only took on the project but exceeded our expectations. Santiago, the sales representative, was outstanding: responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. Daniel, the project manager, kept everything moving smoothly with quick and clear communication. Pedro and the installation team did exceptional work, showing great skill and attention to detail. Overall, the service was excellent and we’ll definitely work with them again. The only downside was the long lead time (about five months for manufacturing), but the final result was absolutely worth it. Thank you, Prestige!

I am incredibly impressed with Prestige and how my windows look. Everything is even better than I imagined. Daniel is attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and without error. The installation process was seamless and professional. The team arrived early and worked hard until the job was finished. Joennis pays close attention to detail and is meticulous with his work. Daniel was present and available for every step. 12 gorgeous impact windows completed perfectly. Prestiges will be the company I go to for future upgrades!

I recently had impact windows installed in my home by this company, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I just have to say that working with Prestige was the best decision I made, they did a wonderful and perfect job, everything was smoth from picking out the door until installation , Danilo the PM, Christina the sales person and Rolando the installer were absolutely GREAT... !!!! I super recommend this company..
