“When they replaced the windows. The frames are big, and the windows are small. It's hard to put an AC unit in. We wanted to take the windows out of the frame. They do not come out. We were told they would come out. They are good windows. Not what we wanted.”

“We worked with them twice. The first time, we did not have any issues. The second time, we did have issues.”

“This star rating is not fair to Window Nation as a whole. I live in a HOA community, and the people here take pride in their landscaping, which is very exclusive and very expensive. During the installation, there was no care in where the installers walked or what they did. They went over everything and between the landscaping. They didn't care at all where they walked or what they did. Because of that, I can recommend them to some people but no one in my community. I will not.”

The install team was very punctual, performed great work and cleaned up well, you could not even tell they had been there.
