“I had 6 windows installed in my bedrooms. when the salesman looked at my windows, he saw that I had mini blinds up. when the man came out to measure the windows, I had mini blinds up. when the men came to install the windows, they asked us to take down the brackets that held the mini blinds up. At no time were we told that after the windows are installed, it would not be enough room left to hang the brackets for the mini blinds. I called the customer service first thing Monday morning (the windows were installed on a Friday). I told them that because of a piece of trim that was put at the top of the window frame, I was not able to hang my brackets. I asked if they could send someone out so I could show them the problem. It took them two days to respond to me and then they asked for pictures instead of sending someone out. I was very disappointed with your customer service. I just spent over $7000.00 and I couldn't get someone to come back to my house! I send the pictures and after a couple of days they call and say that it is nothing they can do about my problem. I am sure that we are not the first people that got windows and wanted to put mini blinds up! I must say that i have brought windows from Thompson Creek and I can call them any time with a issue and they send someone right out to try and solve the problem. I will be in the market to buy windows for my first floor but I will have to really think about who I will buy them from.”

“The salesman told us window nation would be doing our install and talked up the importance of ordering from a company that does their own install and then come to find out it was a third party. The paperwork was incorrect and not sent over and the installer needed us to leave work a few times to come to the site as he wasn't given instructions from window nation.the windows shown were not what was installed. To top it off I've been calling the company since 10/15 for the branch manager who hasn't returned my call. It's very frustrating. Terrible customer service. I wish I could change my review I was forced to write on the spot to get a discount on the windows. I'd give the salesperson the lowest score and not write the nice things I wrote in my forced review.”

“I have concerns about Window Nation when it comes to Customer Service and Installation. They measured 4 windows, 2 sets of 2 that were the same size, and 2 windows came in at the wrong size. I had to spend 2 separate days at home for their mistake. I also know, based on standards for installing windows, the gaps left around the windows were incorrect. A supervisor promised to come out during the second installation, but never showed. I will look elsewhere for future needs, and most likely won't recommend this company.”
