We had a great experience with Renewal by Andersen for our bay window and door installation. Ashlynn was friendly and helpful throughout the sales process, and Mark and the installation crew were outstanding. While the price was higher than some other options, the flexible payment options, quality of the products, and level of service made it worth it. The installation team was highly professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. They took the time to make sure everything was done right and that we were happy with the final results. Overall, we are very pleased with the experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality windows or doors with excellent service.

I love my new windows but the onsite installation didn't go as expected. The crew left things behind, the caulking wasn't done well outside, they messed up my walls/paint, they pulled my speaker wires off the bottom of the wall for some reason and didn't put them back. They have to come back and fix what they did.

My experience with RBA was very rough however I will say positively that their employees who fix my installation problems where absolutely fantastic. Junior Riveria and Brian were the best. They were polite, professional and knew what they were doing. Mr Rivera addressed my questions and concerns with the install and put me at ease with his calmness. He was masterful at fixing this major window installation problems. Please see pictures I have attached. I am so glad this is over with.

My order was to have been fulfilled in February of 2026. When the installers came in February they broke the handle for my storm door. The office called later and made another install date for March. When the installers came back in March they brought the wrong handle. No one reached out to me to inform me of another date. I had to call the office to get this information. My family and I almost broke the glass because we had to enter the door by putting our finger through the hole and accidentally hit the handle to release it. After that happened we had to enter our home through the garage door. This information was given to the staff. What I can say is, I am highly disappointed in the service that was rendered. The payments came out on time, evenly though the service had not been completed.I felt as if I ordered from Value City Furniture. Delivering your pieces separately. I wanted to give my husband a birthday party in March, but had to cancel because my guest would’ve had to walk through the garage. I wish I never had this door installed at all. You take the consumer money and we have to leg to stand on because your contract states you be to cancel within 48-72 hours. This is a scam. No one has yet to call me about any compensation for this situation. For any potential future consumer please do not order their products until they get a handle on installations and customer service.

The crew was absolutely phenomenal to work with. They arrived on time and completed the work before expected. Communication was spot on, they answered every question that I had and explained in great detail. Fantastic workmen’s ship. I highly recommend this crew!
