Dave Kenney was outstanding to work with from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through all of our options without ever making us feel pressured. His communication was excellent throughout the process, and he made everything simple. What really stood out was Dave’s attention to detail and commitment to making sure we were comfortable with our decisions. He was responsive, honest, and clearly takes pride in providing great customer service. It’s not always easy to find someone who is both highly knowledgeable and easy to work with, but Dave absolutely delivered on both. I would highly recommend Dave Kenney to anyone considering Pella Windows. He made the experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable.

John Dalton was incredibly patient in helping me navigate the selection process. The installation was outstanding, and I absolutely love my new entryway! I've received numerous compliments from my neighbors. I will definitely recommend Pella in Tysons  to all my friends!

Excellent consult with Parker Smith. Parker was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain all the details and options for the purchase and install of two new french doors. We are looking forward to seeing the final products. We had several Pella windows and doors installed before and truly happy with the products and installation. If you want quality, durability, as well as well designed doors and windows, choose Pella.

We had a terrible experience with Pella Windows and Doors. From the start, they got our order wrong multiple times. We specifically ordered frosted glass for our front door. We reviewed the three glass options with Richard, the salesperson, chose the most modern looking frost, but they delivered clear glass (note in the photo below the frosted glass on the garage doors. The front door was ordered to match). They also ordered the wrong door hardware we chose black, and they sent brushed nickel, which clashed completely with our design scheme(also note the photo below, brushed nickel isnot consistent with the color scheme). Richard sent a copy of his notes to show us that he wrote down the wrong door hardware. They delivered a non-frosted window for our shower, offering our neighbors a perfect view. When we brought up these issues, Pella took no responsibility. They blamed us.. The installation was slow and sloppy, our general contractor had to come back and fix several issues and you can still see issues. The windows themselves are not performing as promised against the elements, despite assurances they would. To top it off, the salesperson, Richard, showed no interest in helping us resolve any of these problems. There was no customer service, no accountability, and the entire experience has left us regretting our decision to go with Pella. Bottom line: Substandard product, poor communication, and no support. We spent a lot of money for a major disappointment. I would absolutely not recommend Pella to anyone. *update: still no response from the customer service team that requested further interaction here.
