We had a terrible experience with Pella Windows and Doors. From the start, they got our order wrong multiple times. We specifically ordered frosted glass for our front door. We reviewed the three glass options with Richard, the salesperson, chose the most modern looking frost, but they delivered clear glass (note in the photo below the frosted glass on the garage doors. The front door was ordered to match). They also ordered the wrong door hardware we chose black, and they sent brushed nickel, which clashed completely with our design scheme(also note the photo below, brushed nickel isnot consistent with the color scheme). Richard sent a copy of his notes to show us that he wrote down the wrong door hardware. They delivered a non-frosted window for our shower, offering our neighbors a perfect view. When we brought up these issues, Pella took no responsibility. They blamed us.. The installation was slow and sloppy, our general contractor had to come back and fix several issues and you can still see issues. The windows themselves are not performing as promised against the elements, despite assurances they would. To top it off, the salesperson, Richard, showed no interest in helping us resolve any of these problems. There was no customer service, no accountability, and the entire experience has left us regretting our decision to go with Pella. Bottom line: Substandard product, poor communication, and no support. We spent a lot of money for a major disappointment. I would absolutely not recommend Pella to anyone. *update: still no response from the customer service team that requested further interaction here.

Had Pella replace a bunch of our windows and patio door. The entire team top to bottom was amazing. Cornell, Ray, Jessica, and Garcia, all were transparent, communicative, knowledgeable, and dedicated to our needs. Would 💯 recommend having this group replace your windows or doors.

Five sliding glass doors and three windows were replaced on July 10th. After the replacement, several problems were discovered, including missing parts and defective glass. I reported these issues at the store( Tysons coner) on July 11th, and I also sent an email and made a phone call to the person in charge, James. However, as of today (August 4th), I have not received any communication. There's a problem with the glass doors, but they haven't taken any action. This company doesn't fix problems after installation
