**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend!** I recently had the pleasure of working with Terry on replacing the windows in my old house, and I couldn't be happier with the experience so far! My home has classic old wood single-pane double-hung windows, so I was excited to finally upgrade. Terry took the time to give me a fantastic overview and even did a live demonstration showing just how much better the new windows perform in terms of insulation. It was incredibly informative and really showed how much of a difference these windows will make in comfort and energy efficiency. The quality of the windows looks outstanding — solid construction and premium feel. Even better, the pricing was very competitive and honestly better than I expected for this level of product. Had a great experience with Window Nation so far! Didrik helped us go through options and spent quite a bit of time with us on the weekend to purchase new windows. He was very patient with us and worked with us to meet us within our budget to do this project! We weren’t sure if new windows would be an option just yet but we know we needed them, and he helped us through options and getting us where we needed to be to improve our home. Very friendly and look forward to the new windows!

We worked with the sales rep Didrik and he helped us get exactly what we wanted for a fair price. He does require time to show you all about the company, but he was very knowledgeable and cognizant of our time as we have 2 small kids at home. He was not condescending and did not drone on like some other window sales reps we've met with. The final price was fair, middle tier (which is what we wanted - we're a middle class family), for good quality windows! Happy to refer him and this company to anyone looking. P.S. Give Didrik a raise! He was a very good salesman, but naturally so. Not pushy, truly looking out for your customers. Honored our time. I have experience in sales, and I was very impressed with him!

We were pleasantly surprised today. Initially we had been skeptical about the whole notion of buying much less replacing all the windows in our house. After Terry Lister was done with his presentation, we were sold! We were extremely pleased by the overall cost of the project, the high quality of the windows to be installed, the warranty for the work and materials to be used and of course with Terry himself - a professional in every sense of the word. We look forward to enjoying our new windows and we would highly recommend to anyone considering upgrading their home.
