Working with Window and Siding Outlet out of Loveland was a great experience. We had been looking to replace the original window for my son’s bedroom for well over a year but due to a unique shape, no one was able to find a manufacturer that could build it. I called Window and Siding Outlet and they had a price (that was very competitive) and availability (build and install 4-6 weeks on the custom window) within hours and so we also included a sliding patio door to replace our drafty French doors. Everyone I dealt with through the process including showroom staff, the owner directly, and the installers were very knowledgeable, helpful, easy to work with, and just genuinely great people. I have already recommended the company to many others including family and friends, and would continue to recommend this company to others.

So easy start to finish! Staff was very friendly and helpful during order and scheduling process, and the installers were very skilled and got the work done quickly! This was my second time using Window and Siding Outlet, and it definitely will not be my last.

I got 6 windows replaced and one wall of siding. I had been told by several companies that it would be impossible to find siding to match the existing 12 inch smooth siding that I had and Loveland Window and Siding was able to find it for me so that everything would match. They did a great job with the replacement and were easily the most affordable bid for the jobs. I was impressed with how helpful they were in answering all of my many questions. They also were incredible at coordinating with my difficult schedule and still getting the job done in a timely manner.

Tim Copley at Window & Siding Outlet did exactly what we needed and wanted. We told Tim right off the bat that if it was a high-pressure sales situation, it'd be a "no", without question. He listened. He also was understanding that we needed to wait for a few different things to come through on our end before we could even make the decision to do siding this year. He was timely and helpful when we had questions. We ultimately went with a different local company for our siding, but Window & Siding Outlet was a close second, and we still might have them do our soffits because we're holding off on that step at the moment. So without having had a job completed, we did have a great experience with the company for the initial steps, so I wanted to leave a positive review.

Worked with them on siding has been a great experience. They sided four buildings for us in a very timely manner. The siding crew was very professional and did a great job cleaning up after the job. Jeff the owner was who we dealt with and he was awesome. Can't say enough good things about our experience and the finished product they delivered. Highly recommend.
