While the sliding doors themselves offer good build quality and the installation team executed a professional install, the "custom" fabrication does not justify the premium pricing. During the initial sales consultation, I explicitly stated my willingness to pay a premium to maximize the rough opening dimensions and achieve a high glass-to-frame ratio. However, upon installation, the final product revealed excessive perimeter deductions and oversized shims, leaving the doors significantly smaller than the net opening allowed. Ultimately, standard-sized stock doors from a local home improvement retailer would have met these clear opening tolerances just as effectively. Choosing that alternative would have achieved a comparable architectural profile while saving several thousand dollars.

Our sales rep Tom took the time to explain the process, answer questions, and demonstrate the products. The installation took only one day, was done professionally, and our house was handled with care. The results are beautiful. We love the new windows with their screens which are nearly invisible. Thanks!

We would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen for your window replacement project. We replaced our 20+ yr old drafty vinyl windows with ripped screens and are so glad we did. Our house is warmer, the new windows look great and we've increased our home's resale value. Working with Andersen staff was a pleasure. We saved money by ordering during their winter sale.Their designer recommended some window design changes that consolidated some awkward 3-panel windows into 2, saving us significant money. The windows were completed on time (in about 2 months).The install took only 2 days with a 3-person crew working full days. They removed all debris and explained how to clean our new windows. Andersen's window warranty is excellent and is transferrable if you sell you home. Shout-out to Wesley, an Andersen Service Team lead. We had some windows that needed sanding and white paint touch-up because we switched from crank-style to sliding windows. Wesley did an excellent job making the sills look like new, and at no cost to us.

I just had my windows installed by Renewal by Andersen and I cannot say enough good things. Walter and his crew were incredible. Professional, meticulous, and so respectful of my home (and my sanity). They paid attention to every detail, cleaned up beautifully, and somehow managed to stay patient while my dogs barked at them like it was their full-time job. Not once did I feel like anything was rushed or sloppy — you can tell they take real pride in their work. The difference is unreal. It is SO quiet in here now. My house feels warmer, calmer, and just… finished. It honestly exceeded my expectations. I actually bought Renewal by Andersen windows in a previous home I lived in in Las Vegas, so I already knew the quality I was investing in. That past experience is exactly why I chose them again. Keith Scheurich, my sales rep, has also been amazing. Zero pressure, truly listens, and helped me think through a long-term game plan instead of just “selling windows.” He even stopped by yesterday despite having a packed schedule, which says a lot about the kind of service he provides. The experience has been so good that I already ordered more windows — and specifically asked for Walter and his crew again. That should tell you everything. If you’re considering new windows, this company and team is absolutely worth it.

Fantastic experience with Andersen from initial consult to installation and follow-up for an unexpected issue for a large bay window. Wesley and Jon H permanently fixed the issue yesterday with a professional and high quality modification. Scheduling was fast and convenient and communication excellent throughout. They were both courteous and friendly and highly trustworthy. The quality of their work is unbeatable.
