Pictured is a Custom old door, size 42 x 96 made out of wood and the maintenance was becoming not only a nuisance , but not cost effective , every other year due to the brutal western sun. The Sun damage and weather(in pictures ) was so brutal, I can start to see daylight, standing inside the house, through the wood door, from shrinking and expanding from the weather. The weather had finally taken its toll and I have been pricing at local big box stores and even called local contractors, and gotten 2nd and 3rd estimates, before calling Renewal by Andersen. Everyone including the box stores, on Custom Orders, quoted much higher pricing, but not producing better quality! When I saw the quality sample pieces of the doors in the steel and composite in a wood grain and the Renewal by Andersen Fibrex construction, it was very difficult decision not to turn down. I was very happy with the price and I liked the 3 lock and ease of one lock system on the hardware and the strength of door that size. Even the bottom of the threshold strength was impressive, instead of some cheap builders grade crap we currently have. We had more than 3 different custom big companies that sold Provia and other brands come out and the Renewal by Anderson product was a better product, in my opinion. If I had to say anything negative about all the companies that came out to give me a demonstration and estimate on a custom build door, it would be that all the companies including, Renewal by Anderson, is there is a Limited Selection for Custom size Only. It seemed that no matter who I selected to contract with, the Limited Selection seemed to be a big issue because it was custom size, which I thought was odd. It comes in 2 selections, A )with a 3/4 glass or B) No glass 6 panel door. That said, I could not complain about the quality of the construction or the hardware. Another thing I forgot to mention, that I thought was very impressive, was the design of the hinges. The way the hinges had an easy quick release lock and you weren't bound to 3 rods to knock hinges off the door if you needed to take the hinges off quickly was something I had never seen nor another company offer. Our Salesman RJ said that was a special Patent hinge that only Renewal by Anderson had. To me that was a very useful design if you had to take the door off to move a large item through the door way that only takes a fraction of time than the traditional way or removing a door. I appreciated the salesman knowledge and ease of paperwork provided, to print off, to provide for our HOA for approval. In less than 48 hours, after the HOA approval, Chad from Renewal by Andersen, was out to take the final measurements before we could begin the process to make our custom door size. Now we wait on manufacturing. We were told after final measurements that it could be as long as 12-19 weeks, but maybe sooner for finish product to installation .... I will add pictures of the finished product after installation, but for now all I can provide is the old wood door of years from the brutal western sun. Keep in mind this door was maintained every 2 to 3 years since 2014. More pics to come

Renewal does wonderful work and stands by their work. Tim and his crew provided great service well after the installations of our new windows when we discovered concerns about a window. The care and quality of the workmanship in replacing much of the trim area surrounding the window was top notch. They thoroughly cleaned up after sanding, attaching trim and painting. We enjoyed each interaction with Tim and the Renewal team.

Our experience with Renewal by Anderson thus far has been excellent. Chris was able to come out to the house the same day of inquiry. He walked us through our options with incredible product knowledge and professionalism. He was patient and thoroughly explained the products, available discount promos, and installation questions. A couple days later, Phil and Tony came out for measurements. They were on time, courteous, and answered any questions I had. The Renewal team has been very communicative and quick to schedule appointments. We are looking forward to our installation day, so we can enjoy our new windows.

Quality doors and service, worked with another contractor and were very flexible to complete the install on short notice. The doors are very high end products that look great and work very well.

Today Eddie George measured all our windows in advance of total replacements. He was friendly, professional, and very careful while working inside the house. When he finished measuring he was very thorough detailing the specifications of each window and answering our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
