So far the experience has been great. The salesman was punctual, very nice, not pushy, and very knowledgeable about his company and their products. The person who show to take measurements was punctual and knowledgeable. The office lady who set up our appointment and instal date is very nice to work with. Very pleased so far

Renewal does wonderful work and stands by their work. Tim and his crew provided great service well after the installations of our new windows when we discovered concerns about a window. The care and quality of the workmanship in replacing much of the trim area surrounding the window was top notch. They thoroughly cleaned up after sanding, attaching trim and painting. We enjoyed each interaction with Tim and the Renewal team.

Quality doors and service, worked with another contractor and were very flexible to complete the install on short notice. The doors are very high end products that look great and work very well.

The sales consultant, Alex, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure we understood the product benefits and pricing. Our current door gets quite a bit of direct sun, making it in constant need of touch-ups each year. Looking forward to the new door that promises a fade resistant finish. Although the completion and installation time is a bit longer than anticipated and the pricing is higher than expected, it should be a good investment piece for our home.

Nathan, our salesman; and Cory, measurement specialist - were both outstanding to work with. They were professional, kind, and respectful of us and our home. It is refreshing to work with these men, and we are looking forward to our installation. So, we cannot yet comment on the product, but with the outstanding service so far - we are feeling confident and excited for our new windows!
