From the initial sales visit, to the measurement and finally the installation, this was a pleasure. Aside from being very straightforward process with no surprises whatsoever, the install team was incredibly friendly and professional. Windows were done on day one and gutters were done on day two. The quality of the work is excellent and both teams - the window installers and the gutter installers - were experienced professionals. The job was done in such a way that it surpassed my expectations. This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor.

I highly recommend using Durante for your composite deck and Extension. They have great communication and when they said they were going to be here, they were always there and on time. I find them very professional to work with and I am highly pleased with Glenn and his two sons who worked so hard on the deck. They did a fantastic job. This project cost a little more than I had expected, but I am happy with the quality I have received. I will use Durante again.

I just gotta say that this entire crew from start to finish was beyond exactly what we hoped for in a home improvement business! John Hinely was our sales representative that came to our house with every single sample you could even think of and Durante had the best product out of everyone who we had given us an estimate. Then came the crew leader Chris Clark, to come out and show us exactly what we needed and actually talked us into a better project and how to add extra features to make our project pop! Then here comes the crew! Led by Emilio. This crew worked non stop even in a rain storm! They just covered all their equipment in plastic and hid out for 15 min and then got right back to the build after the rain! I was blown away! They had a dream come true build ready for us in just a couple of days! The pictures will blow you away but seeing it in person is way better! We are so happy with our choice in Durante! We will be calling them again for any more expansion projects in the future! Thanks guys! And to think… all I wanted was a hot tub?!?!

I had 3 estimates for our new deck. First impression of Durante was our appointment was 10 AM. Rob was at our door at 10:01 AM. He had to drive an hour to be here. The products and construction methods were very high quality. He took measurements and sent a 3D rendering for us to review. Matt, the PM, came out to verify all information and measurements before ordering materials. Once they had all materials in hand and inventoried, he called to schedule the build, which started the following week! The dumpster and materials delivered on Tuesday. They finished on Saturday! Our new deck is STURDY, beautiful and built properly! Having retired from an extensive maintenance background, I loved it when my motto was echoed back to me - "code" is a MINIMUM standard, not a goal to be met. All of the personnel were friendly and professional. All worked was performed as scheduled and as promised with a very high quality and always ensuring I was happy with what they were doing! The communications with the company was top notch. After work was complete, their clean-up of the whole area was great. No, Durante wasn't the least expensive quote I had gotten, BUT for the quality of materials, personnel and craftsmanship I recieved, it was a bargain!! Any future home improvements I need, Durante Home Exteriors (I used the Chattanooga location) will be my FIRST choice.

Durante Home Exteriors is an amazing company. Very professional, courteous, great communication, and personable. Every rep they sent out, whether it be the design specialist, or the contractor, were super nice and you could tell that they truly wanted to provide us with a product that fit our needs. They even delayed the install because they weren’t sure our front door and facade would fit - so they measured twice and cut once for our custom build (our 1820’s log home makes everything twice as hard). The installers did an amazing job, and cleaned everything up so it was like they were never there. Our front door looks so inviting! We cannot thank Durante enough for their excellent craftsmanship and professionalism.
