From our first conversation with Bob, to installation day, our experience was perfect. The installation team was professional and explained the hardware and information on the new doors. The doors are beautiful!

We had an excellent experience with the purchase and installation of a new front door, from Bob giving us a tour of the showroom floor, to our home appointment with Michael, who walked us through all the different choices available, to Shane completing the installation and making sure everything looked beautiful and worked perfectly. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We have ProVia entry & storm doors. Our storm door needed repair and the company we purchased them from is no longer in business. We were left to find someone to do the repairs. Luckily we found Window Outfitters and my call was answered by Bob Davis, President of the company. He said he would be happy to help us and would put in a repair order. However a few days later Bob called and said he was in our area. He stopped by and fixed the door. This company is kind, caring and willing to help in any situation. Really enjoyed working with David (sales) and Victor (install). Both great people and provided excellent service. The Mon Ray storm windows are the best! Victor wrapped Al our old wood windows with aluminum so they are now maintenance free too. So much quieter in our house and we now have a fresh air blowing through. Would recommend to anyone looking to avoid a full window replacement for their home.

Amazing service from start to finish! From the initial consult and pricing to the installation services these guys were pros! Professional, communicative and honest, the entire experience was stressless. Replacing original windows on a 50 year old house in the middle of Minnesota winters couldn't be easy, but this team managed to pull it off and still take time to make sure every single window was flawless. Can't say enough about this positive experience... would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others!
