This was a second time using Renewal. Yes, windows and doors are expensive and Renewal is up there, but I will say this. What you get with that price tag is a really good product and great customer service. Even after your product has been finished for years, they stand by their product and will fix it. You truly get what you pay for. We have gone cheap on a patio door with another company when we first bought our house and have had nothing but problems. I will eventually call Renewal back up and have them redo that door over time. We have had the sales guy Kurt out twice now. He comes out and he makes shopping for windows fun. Yes I said it fun, window shopping can be stressful but He has a great sense of humor and just knows his stuff. The patio door and kitchen window he recommended are just above and beyond. Then the employees who schedule everything and make sure everything is going well are polite and on top of everything!! They make sure the permits are pulled and the inspections are getting done as well. You don’t have to really work hard, they do it all for you! Then we had Mike and his crew out yesterday 6/6/26 to install 5 windows and a patio door. They were here on time and fast. I know as an home owner when you say it was done fast isn’t always a good thing, but they did it well and just exceeded expectations. I cannot say enough about these 4 guys. They were here for 5 hours and we had fun, they were cracking up jokes and just did a phenomenal job!! I highly recommend Renewal by Anderson. Ask for Mike and his crew, they are awesome!!

We selected Renewal by Andersen to replace 18 double or triple-window casements and two exterior French doors. This was the first time I ever did anything like this so I shopped around and got multiple quotes. We selected RbA to perform the work because of the great reviews, outstanding warranty and friendly and knowledgeable sales team. The tear out and install was performed in three days but was estimated at four days. The team of four worked like a well-oiled machine. Two members tearing out and two members prepping and installing the windows, doors and trim. The quality of the workmanship, attention to detail, and drive to complete the job quicker than estimated was just amazing to be a part of. Mike’s team performs well-above my expectations from start to finish. His communication, handling of a logistics issue and leadership set the bar high for any of my other service work that I’ll be doing in our remodel. Thanks Mike, and Renewal by Andersen for an amazing experience and showing that excellent service in the construction industry is still alive!

Terry and his crew did an outstanding job all around. From introductions to good-bye they were professional and polite. Terry communicated with us throughout the project so we knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next. He checked in with us for questions and made sure we had contact information or knew where to find it in case we needed it once the project was completed. The workmanship was beautiful with precise seams and his crew went above and beyond to protect our brand new carpets. They completed a four day job in three days and cleaned up after themselves after each day. RBA is lucky to have skilled and dedicated employees that make your company stand out. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service. Thank you Terry for a job VERY well done!

Frim start to finish our process was smooth! This is our second time using renewal by Andersen. As always we have been impressed! Mike Elliot was great to work with our initial consult. Vladimir and his crew were fast and respectful! Hiccups happen but very greatful for the swift problem solving. Found som rooting in the window frame and ensured to replace and take it out! As alaways I would recommend this company! Beautiful quality windows!

Absolutely amazing experience! Adam and his crew not only did an amazing job they were really great to work with! By far the best experience I’ve had working with a contractor ever and the product is top notch, such a huge transformation!
