Terry and his crew did an outstanding job all around. From introductions to good-bye they were professional and polite. Terry communicated with us throughout the project so we knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next. He checked in with us for questions and made sure we had contact information or knew where to find it in case we needed it once the project was completed. The workmanship was beautiful with precise seams and his crew went above and beyond to protect our brand new carpets. They completed a four day job in three days and cleaned up after themselves after each day. RBA is lucky to have skilled and dedicated employees that make your company stand out. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service. Thank you Terry for a job VERY well done!

The windows are a major upgrade to our 1970s home! No more drafts, foggy panes, or broken latches! We got a French door to the patio too, and it feels very good quality and secure. The installers were great. They got the whole house done in just three days and were very good about protecting our floors and belongings, as well as cleaning up after themselves. They also left us some offcuts of the interior trim so we can test stain colors since we opted to stain them ourselves. Love how smoothly everything opens and how easy they are to clean, inside and out! Great communication. Great products.

If I could give more I would. Prompt, professional and very thorough in clean up. Adam and team were a delight to work with. They took excellent care during the entire project. Their workmanship is impeccable.

Great install experience from the crew of guys Brandon, Ty and Zhai. Punctual, efficient and great at keeping us looped in to what's next. Did a great job solving for an unexpected framing issue with a patio door; no lost time and solved with materials on hand. Great work on joins/seams on all windows. Staining crew who came in afterwards was equally polite, effective and efficient. Great attention to detail - no errant stain drops, immaculate glass cleanup, comprehensive walk through afterwards. Appreciate the teams delivering what we paid for!

We just had a few Anderson Windows installed. They did an amazing job. Serguei & his assistant covered the floors, counters and furniture. They did our deck door, kitchen window, which they were able to save the trim and re-use, also a window in the basement. Serguei explained everything we needed to know, efficient,very nice to work with, so polite. Very happy with the outcome. We would recommend using Anderson
