“I have asked four (4) times to have someone contact me to discuss an issue I’m having with the windows I had installed. To the date of this report, no one has contacted me.”
“Window Nation provided the lowest cost estimate. The windows are of very good quality, good materials, excellent construction and excellent work by the installation team. The install team was very punctual, performed great work and cleaned up well, you could not even tell they had been there. Also, on the sales end, Terry was very knowledgeable, represented the product well, understood the competitive offerings very well and the whole process lived up to the high expectations he set.”

“We really needed communication/engagement relating to the on-line payment when work was completed, since it wasn’t clearly defined during the initial payment by Window Nation home presentation. Attempts to engage customer service got us nowhere but a follow-up threatening us about the payment that was paid by credit union cashiers check. No empathy, difficult to reach with no responses except negative comments regarding lack of payment on Window Nation electronic payment system, go back to the drawing board on this electronic billing payment option.”

“I spent $22,000 on brand new windows. A couple of days after installation I noticed gnats all over my bathroom. The gnats were not only getting through the screens, but also the panes. They were in between the screen and the panes. They haven't come out to look at it yet. I can't open up my $22,000 windows because bugs come in. The cheaper windows that were in my house for 30 years at least didn't let the bugs in.”
