Don’t let the 5 star reviews fool you - as part of the sales process once you sign a contract the sales rep says they get a bonus if you write a review. I’d bet 9/10 of these reviews happened before install. Bought a $9500 front door last year, they installed a damaged product without realizing the day of the install. Afterwards immediately opened up a warranty replacement. 3 doors came out and were unboxed damaged, resulting in me rejecting them and having to take time off work for no reason. 4th door came out and was installed poorly, now it won't lock correctly. The warranty repairman stripped all of the hardware to the door (shown in photos) and even tried to fill in some screw holes with caulk rather than install screws.. I want to reiterate, I paid 9,500 for this door to have a botched install. It's cost me another couple thousand missing work. Would never recommend. If you see this post they have still not corrected this issue.

Isaiah was great. He is very knowledgeable about Pella products. He was able to answer all my questions with much detail. Provided great suggestions for my home. Offered to show me a sample of the product and explained the various functions. Overall, great customer service. Brownie points for making me laugh today.

I am incredibly satisfied with our new Pella windows! Kevin was the Pella salesperson that visited our home for the free consultation, and he was very friendly. I was mostly happy with how efficient and to-the-point he was, as other window company salespeople were in my house for over an hour. We ended up choosing Pella because they were the best combination of quality and price. They were also willing to do a full window and frame tear-out, rebuilding the frame and replacing the trim. The installation team took meticulous care to ensure that the trim was exactly as we wanted it. Brad, the installation manager, came by twice to ensure that the trim was exactly what we wanted! I'm more than happy with the process and our new windows.

I had a fantastic experience working with Isaiah Russell. He was extremely knowledgeable, very patient and helpful with the many questions & options I wanted to consider. I really appreciated that he didn’t give me the heavy sales pitch & pressure but worked within my timeframe. The Pella doors I am having installed are top quality and working with Isaiah was a top quality experience.

I had a great experience with my window salesman Tim from start to finish. This was a major purchase, but he made it stress-free by being honest, professional, and respectful of my time. After receiving an unreasonable quote from another window company, it was refreshing to work with someone who valued transparency and customer service. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fair deal and enjoyable buying experience
