Slimy solicitors are harassing our neighborhood relentlessly despite clearly posted signage at the entrance. They are confrontational, rude, refuse to identify, refuse to disclose who their supervisor is, and refuse to leave. They flee when they realize police are being called. If this is how they behave when trying to earn a sale, I can only imagine what it's like doing business with them.

I had a recent installation of a little over half the windows in my home. The old windows were 1955 Andersens. I absolutely LOVE my new windows! The installation team was terrific as I have not one complaint. Now about the price...we all know these windows are expensive as heck. In my particular situation it was worth it to not have to worry about anything. My experience was a smooth one without stress and the product is excellent.

I get advertisements from Renewal by Andersen in the mail at least once a week, and the emails are borderline stalker‑ish — they go into detail about my home in a way that feels intrusive. Before all of that started, I actually gave them a chance and called when they advertised a 20–30% discount. Even with that discount, they told me they would still be significantly more expensive than any competitor. I appreciated the honesty, but I made it clear I wasn’t interested if they cost more than everyone else even with a discount. Despite letting them know that, I still get mail and emails.
