We recently had Mike Post come out to provide us with a quote for new windows, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Mike was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to carefully explain all of our options, answer every question we had, and walk us through the details of the products and installation process. What stood out the most was that he never made us feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. In a world where sales presentations can often feel pushy, Mike’s approach was refreshing and appreciated. His attention to detail, patience, and willingness to educate us made us feel confident that we had all the information needed to make the best decision for our home. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping customers rather than simply making a sale. If you’re considering new windows and have the opportunity to work with Mike Post, I highly recommend it. UPDATE AFTER INSTALLATION 1 May, 2026 If a completed project is what you are looking for in your window installation, you may want to consider another company. I was told my outside window casings would need to be removed and the replacements were not part of the Renuity work scope. I asked before committing to Renuity if they could recommend someone for the repair work that would be needed after the installation and was told they could have someone not paid by Renuity come to my home to give me an estimate to redo the outside window casings. That did not happen before the project or after the windows were installed even though I asked numerous times before, during and after installation. We are over one month from the windows being installed and despite my numerous messages to my POC to the project, nothing has happened. I have received a phone call apologizing for not being in touch sooner and that someone should be calling to schedule a time to get me an estimate but still no one calls. I have even asked for a name to call! I am fully aware Renuity was not going to replace my casings but they did tell me BEFORE I even decided to go with their services they could get someone to give me an estimate so I could have a completed project. I feel since my money has been paid, they no longer need to worry about me and that makes me angry. I was upfront about wanting and needing a completed project because I am not in town much and don’t have time to piecemeal a project. Bottom line: the windows are fine and look great BUT I am sure you could go with another window company and be just as happy with their product too. If a finished project is what you are looking for when planning your window remodeling, I recommend looking elsewhere. ——————————————————————- January 2026 Mike Post was a delight to have in our home to discuss replacements for a few windows. We booked the appointment through a representative at Sam’s Club which gives us a little more piece of mind than calling a company from on line reviews only. Sam's Club has done the vetting process of Renuity Window & Door for us! Mike was extremely knowledgeable of his products and walked us through the entire process of purchasing, financing (if needed), second representative appointment to get exact measurements, timeframe order may be available for installation as well as actual installation timeline if we were to move forward with the sale. There was no pressure from Mike to ‘close the deal today’ which was one of the best parts of the entire experience. There were two quotes given, one with current discounts good for 30 days and then a quote for a price good for up to a year which did not have the current discounts. Again, no pressure to make the sale on the spot. We did move forward with the project because we felt comfortable with the service we received from Mike. Thank you for making the purchasing experience painless.

We began our cabinet refacing and pantry installation in October 2025 with Renuity, formerly known as FHIA Remodeling - Jacksonville. Dan, our sales representative, was wonderful to work with. He truly listened, was not pushy, and made us feel heard throughout the process. There were several ordering errors during installation. The wrong pantry size was delivered instead of the custom 36-inch cabinet we discussed. The pantry doors were first the wrong style, then the wrong height, and some cabinet doors were too tight fitting. This resulted in four separate installation visits to fully correct everything. While that was frustrating, Chris, the field manager, was present each time. He communicated clearly, acknowledged our concerns, and stayed committed to making it right. The installers were skilled and professional, and the final product is beautiful. The added pull-out drawers to compensate us were appreciated. Despite the setbacks, the team stood behind their work. Chris exemplified accountability and customer care, and his leadership is the reason this project finished on a high note.

My wife and I recently met with Renuity sales representative Mike Post to discuss refurbishing our kitchen cabinets. Mike was very personable and did a great job showing us the process of this particular service. Mike was very thorough and showed great pride in his company, and pride in the materials they use in the refurbishment. There was no high pressure and he gladly answered all of our questions. Mike also showed us photos of the finished product which was impressive as well. The best part was Mike beating the other competitor’s quotes and warranty. Thank you so much Mike!
