Vincent Sr. - professional, thorough, ensured everything was good and we had all the info we needed before he left. 10/10, will absolutely call again when we're ready to do more windows. The windows themselves are great, it's already at least 10 degrees cooler in the home which is important during summer in FL. **Edited to add photos, and mention that it wasn't cheap, but we couldn't find half-circle windows already made in the sizes we needed, so that was going to be a problem to start with.

We began our cabinet refacing and pantry installation in October 2025 with Renuity, formerly known as FHIA Remodeling - Jacksonville. Dan, our sales representative, was wonderful to work with. He truly listened, was not pushy, and made us feel heard throughout the process. There were several ordering errors during installation. The wrong pantry size was delivered instead of the custom 36-inch cabinet we discussed. The pantry doors were first the wrong style, then the wrong height, and some cabinet doors were too tight fitting. This resulted in four separate installation visits to fully correct everything. While that was frustrating, Chris, the field manager, was present each time. He communicated clearly, acknowledged our concerns, and stayed committed to making it right. The installers were skilled and professional, and the final product is beautiful. The added pull-out drawers to compensate us were appreciated. Despite the setbacks, the team stood behind their work. Chris exemplified accountability and customer care, and his leadership is the reason this project finished on a high note.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Sales, install, trim, all pretty seamless and easy. The sales person Elisabeth was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us confidence in the products and the company. The installers were polite, efficient, and kept the mess to an absolute minimum. You would never have known we’d had an install if you turned up 20 minutes after they’d left.. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to do a project of any scale.

Michael Post is our 2nd sales rep from Renuity Home Improvements, the first experience being a replacement of our home's windows fall of 2023 and now for kitchen cabinets, and drawer facing, counter top, cabinet rollout etc. He made the time spent educational and enjoyable. My husband, Kevin Pruitt and myself, Johanna Pruitt, found Michael to be professional yet so pleasant. He didn't rush, answered every question we could come up with while never once making us feel like any question was foolish. He got us the best price available. He never made us feel rushed. We look forward to the results.

Mike Post was an amazing consultant. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional not to add friendly and engaging. He was extremely detailed in his presentation. The product offering is extremely impressive and is just what we need to make our kitchen the kitchen we always dreamed off. Our kitchen was finished a few weeks ago and we are simple thrilled and amazed by the transformation. FHIA did an amazing job. From the initial consultation with Mike, to choosing our countertops to working with Todd and Chris and the installers, everything went like clock work.
