We had an excellent experience with Renewal by Andersen from start to finish. The sales team and the team who came to measure were professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. A special shout-out to Jerry and the installation team. They were fantastic—professional, respectful, and exceptionally clean. They went above and beyond what we expected and left everything spotless. The windows look amazing and have completely changed the appearance of our home. They will also be so much easier to clean and maintain. We are extremely happy with the entire experience and highly recommend Renewal by Andersen!

*Update* Had the director of Indy's branch bring a team out to repair our window leak. His team and him took our windows leak concern seriously and took steps to mitigate it. Thanks Jeff! Im a reoccurring customer with Renewel by Anderson Indy and have replaced my sliding glass door and three windows on the ground floor. The reason for the low review is one of the the windows is leaking and the timeliness to resolve it haven't been stellar and the communication hasn't been great. Ill be happy to revise my rating after its been resolved. Christain Frank was extremely professional and explained everything for my windows. If you need a friendly sales face to help with your project then he's your guy. Jeff Chandler has been the tech trying to fix the current issue and has been great so far. Im hoping to resolve this and trust this will be resolved before I start my windows on the second floor.

Kristina made our decision an easy one. She was so helpful and made a suggestion that we are so happy we went with. Install day went smoothly. The team arrived on time and got right to work. All 5 windows were installed in one day, and they made the place look like they weren’t even here, except for the beautiful new windows! Not only has the road noise gone but my heat is staying in. And they open with ease! We are so happy with our new windows I only wish we hadn’t waited so long. Renewal by Anderson windows… we highly recommend them.

They measured my windows wrong. They were 1 1/4 to short. Then they have nice fancing wood but I lost 6" high and 3" wide of glass. When I tried to cancel the order they wanted to charge me 30% fee. Just found out one window doesn't match the others. I found the old screen for my window and her is a picture of it. 3" wider, 3 taller. I lost 12 in across of my 4 windows in the kitchen looking out the back yard just for fancy-er trim. I wanted the most glass. 1. Sales Discussion When I met with the salesman, he asked whether I wanted inserts installed into the existing frames or full window replacement. I clearly stated that I wanted the maximum amount of glass possible. He recommended full replacement, explaining that I would only lose approximately ½ inch of glass. 2. Measurement and Installation Issues When the installers came to measure, they did not remove the interior molding, which resulted in the windows being approximately 1¼ inches too small. After installation, I requested that the new window be removed and my original window reinstalled. I asked that new windows be built to the correct size, but I was told the measurements were within specification and they would not remake them. I was also informed that if I canceled the order, I would be charged a 30% cancellation fee (nearly $13,000). As a compromise, I agreed to have a 1x4 trim board installed to reduce the gap, which still leaves approximately ¾ inch difference. 3. Glass Size Reduction After installation, I noticed that the windows did not look right. Upon closer inspection, I realized that the heavy decorative molding significantly reduces the visible glass area—approximately 3 inches narrower and 3 inches shorter per window. While this is less noticeable on larger windows, it is very noticeable on the four windows in the kitchen nook. In total, I have lost approximately 12 inches in combined width and nearly 1,200 square inches of glass area. This is not what was represented during the sales process. I have asked that the windows be removed. I was told there are no alternative window styles available. 4. Screen Frame Color I also noticed that the window screens have silver frames, which do not match the dark wood interior and look out of place. My previous screens had brown frames, and I would like these replaced to match appropriately.

*Edit* 2/4/2026 this company does have a very responsive service operations team. They will ensure your voice is heard about any issues you are experience and address them as quickly as they can. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I had and am still having a horrible experience with this company and my window loan is active and have been making monthly payments for 2 months now even though the job is not done yet. They should finish their current jobs before scheduling more jobs and giving their existing customers bad service. If you like calling customer service (for what seems like forever) then go with these guys. We paid way too much money to have all of this hassle. We had 13 windows total replaced. Glad we did not do the rest of the house. We should have kept our original windows after this experience. Great, quality windows, poor installation job. -Condensation day 2, 3, 4 (I have a whole house dehumidifier and keep it below 50%) -2 screens that don't fit -screws not screwed in all the way, stops the windows from opening/closing -wood vinyl trim peeling off on day 1 -caulk on my curtains *NOT ENOUGH SPRAY FOAM/ANY AT ALL on original install job* -missing caulk on interior wood seams -bad caulk job (on outside) from day 1 that had to be redone, was peeling away from the stone siding the morning after they installed it My dad had his entire house (over 30 windows and 3 doors) installed 2 months after me, his is already done, not many issues, definitely nothing major like I have been dealing with. I wish I had his install team. Photos attached of the issues. I have several videos of the issues too, but there is a 75MB attachment size limit.
