Chase, Jason, and the Maumee crew did a great job on our roof! Chase made the quoting process super easy and worked with us to get the financing option we wanted. (As a side note, I appreciated working with Chase especially because he made a point to direct his questions about the roof and quoting process to me rather than waiting for my husband to defer to me once it became clear that I had been more involved than my husband in our quoting/research phase.) The delivery of materials was also smooth and surprisingly quiet, and Jason and the team showed up right on time! They worked hard and did great work to get it all done in one day, despite the sudden rainstorm that hit for the majority of the midday. Thanks so much for the work!

First off Chase was great. Super friendly explained how everything was going to go from start to finish. Second Jason and his team knocked it out of the park. Our roof was about 1200 sq ft. They started working right at 6am and he said it shouldn't take longer then 6 hours. I was shocked, 1130 rolls around and they were doing there last magnetic sweep. Roof looks great and we had them install another vent. We also had gutters done and they look great. Everyone we talked to though out this has been so nice and friendly.

We chose Maumee River Roofing to replace our roof, and we couldn't be happier with the decision. From the very beginning, Chase Hunter was fantastic to work with, giving us a transparent, fair, and affordable quote without any high-pressure sales tactics. ​The crew itself was an absolute powerhouse. They had about 20 people on-site working in perfect sync, knocking out a complete tear-off and replacement in just 5 hours! Aside from their incredible speed, their property protection was top-notch. They boarded up our siding and garage doors to protect the home and used specialized equipment to catch debris before it ever hit our lawn. ​What really blew us away was the attention to detail at the end. Jason Scroggins, the site manager, personally came out for a final walkthrough. He combed the property for stray nails, went up on the roof to inspect the final details, and walked us through how the new shingles will settle and seal beautifully. They even left us an awesome thank-you gift box at the end! ​If you want a top-tier local contractor who stands by their work with an incredible 25-year workmanship warranty, do yourself a favor and call Maumee River Roofing. We had a great experience with Maumee River Roofing. We were totally impressed from our first contact with Kelly to our inspection and quoting with Chase to scheduling with Sam and the installation with site supervisor Jorge and crew. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about their job and everything was handled promptly. We have a larger roof, but installation was completed in about 5 hours. We feel we got a great price and are very pleased with the workmanship. Thank you Maumee Team for a job well done!

They have no experience replacing vinyl siding at all. They send totally inexperienced people. Then another team comes to tear down everything the previous team have done. Do it again only to find out that the parts they have ordered actually don’t work for the our house. But that doesn’t stop them from using the wrong parts . Only realized that the parts were wrong after they were told. Then they order the parts again. A total mess. A project that started in the beginning of Feb is still not done. The project left leaks through the windows. DO NOT ASK THEM TO REPLACE VINYL SIDING. HOW COULD THEY NOT KNOW WHAT PARTS TO BRING. THEY BUY WRONG PARTS ARE THEN FORCE THOSE PARTS TO FIT. OF COURSE THEY DID NOT FIT. I HAD TO BRING OUT OLD PHOTOS AND LOOK AT THE SIDINGS BEFORE THEY REPLACED THEM. AFTER COMPLAINING A LOT, THEY BROUGHT THE RIGHT PARTS. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. After 6 months of back and forth, the windows still leak whenever there is a thunderstorm. Maumee River came and did a water test. Which is pouring a weak stream of water on the window and concluded that the windows dont leak. To date, wheneve there is a strong thunderstorm with wind, the window leaks. Now Maumee river refuses to do anything about it or give me a discount that I can use to get the leak fixed. Also refuse to let me talk to the owner because they say he is too busy. They did not do a thing right with the siding. At every step I had to complain to them. Starting from the person who estimated the cost and decided what kind of parts we needed, every single person who worked on the siding messed it up. Maumee River should either fix the leak or pay me to get the leak fixed. Also they need to compensate customers for all the problems they caused and all the mistakes they made. THE WINDOW DID NOT LEAK BEFORE THEY REPLACED THE SIDING. NOW IT LEAKS EVERYTIME THERE IS A THUNDERSTORM. ON FACEBOOK THEY SAY THEY WILL EITHER FIX IT OR PAY ME TO GET IT FIXED.
