Everything was great up until the actual installation. They did all kinds of damage to my home and did very sloppy installation work. They also broke glass in my house and pieces were left behind that we ended up stepping on. **UPDATE SEVERAL MONTHS LATER*** they reached out to me once they saw the review months late and set up an appointment to come see the damage and sloppy work, they ended up ditching me and I haven’t heard anything since, that’s been several weeks now. Absolutely ridiculous, I wish I could just get my money back and old windows and use someone else.

Reece Windows & Doors did a fantastic job on my hurricane window installation. They were fast, professional, and offered a very reasonable price. Very pleased with my new windows and the workers who did the installation! Victor, “Gyro” (sorry, that’s what the name sounded like to me) and Lee were great! They were very polite and a happy group as they worked together. They worked 8 hours without a break or lunch time. Yes, they had water and soda! My wait time to get the windows in from wherever was longer than expected, but times are tough right now. Love that I have a lifetime warranty! Thank you sincerely to my crew!

He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through all the pricing without making us feel rushed.
