I absolutely love my windows, they keep the noise and the heat out. When the hurricanes come I don't have to put the shutters up anymore. Ryan was a awesome guy really cares about people, and a marine, very polite. Richard d, a wonderful guy who set up the appointment for me to get help.

We had a great experience with Chris when he came to give us an estimate for our windows. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. He even noticed mold around the windows that we were not aware of and explained the situation and what needed to be done. We really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. He also gave us a great discount, which was a big plus! We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone looking for someone knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy!

Mike at Reece Windows and Doors was fantastic from start to finish. He broke everything down in a way that actually made sense—no high-pressure sales tactics, just honest, patient explanations. He was genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. You can tell he actually cares about helping people make the right decision for their home rather than just closing a sale. He left us with us feeling informed and confident instead of overwhelmed. Chris came out to do our estimate and he was incredibly thorough and walked us through each step of the process. He made us aware of programs that help with the cost of replacing windows for veterans while also ensuring that our still serviceable windows get donated to help others. He was very thoughtful about our property and took off his shoes inside while doing as many measurements as possible from outside to minimize the impact on our dogs. The way he did the quote made it easy for us to do pieces of work at a time instead of just a single dollar amount for an 'all or nothing' type job. We're already moving forward with finalizing our order.

We recently had Reece Windows & Doors replace our old windows and a double front door, and the experience was phenomenal from start to finish. The installation team was professional, clean, and treated our house with total respect.
