Service was outstanding from the presentation and explanation of the windows to the installation. The windows are extremely sturdy and beautiful. The team of installers of the windows were very professional. They cleaned up after installation. I would highly recommend Reece windows.

Everything was great up until the actual installation. They did all kinds of damage to my home and did very sloppy installation work. They also broke glass in my house and pieces were left behind that we ended up stepping on. **UPDATE SEVERAL MONTHS LATER*** they reached out to me once they saw the review months late and set up an appointment to come see the damage and sloppy work, they ended up ditching me and I haven’t heard anything since, that’s been several weeks now. Absolutely ridiculous, I wish I could just get my money back and old windows and use someone else.

We had a great experience with Reece Windows and Doors! Payton gave us a detailed explanation of every window, frame, and door option available. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through all the pricing without making us feel rushed. What really stood out was the undivided attention he gave us, he truly made us feel heard and seen throughout the entire process. The product quality is excellent, and the service matched it.
