I was thoroughly impressed with this experience from start to finish. Every staff member I encountered (from the initial contact at Sam’s Club to the sales, customer experience, and installation teams) was helpful, professional, and clearly an expert in their field. My sales rep set the bar high; he was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly honest. In an industry where integrity can be hard to find, every detail he shared about the process and quality was 100% accurate. The installation itself was seamless and flawlessly executed. The crew was remarkably courteous, protecting my belongings and staying late to ensure a spotless cleanup. The work was so high-quality that even the city inspector remarked on how nice the windows were when they passed inspection immediately! Throughout the project, the field and project managers stayed in constant contact to ensure my satisfaction at every milestone. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend this team to anyone who wants the job done right. I highly recommend this company, I had a sales person who was honest with me and didn't take advantage of me. He explained what I needed and what I didn't need. If I had any questions throughout the waiting period I had someone who corresponded with me at all times. They were prompt and professional when they did the installation and we had someone come make sure everything was done the way it should have been done. I highly recommended this company to those who don't want to be scammed.

Outstanding experience from Contact to final sign off. Everyone in this company provided a unique level of customer satisfaction from my experience in this contracting industry. In time calls every time prior to visits. To schedules. To finalize the last payment. The installation was beyond c expectations. We would highly recommend if looking for their services offered. Overall, we are pleased with the installation of three hurricane windows. They look great. The installation process was challenging and required constant monitoring. For two days, they had just one installer who did not speak English and was neither very friendly nor talkative. The Building inspector caught five missing screws, which he had to pantomime to the installer to fix. Our major complaint was that on what I thought would be the last day, the installer started to leave with the job still incomplete. I called the File Manager (who was the only way to communicate with the installer), who apparently told the installer to finish the job. The installer cursed after he hung up. Subsequently, he made a mess of the window and ledge outside of our guest bedroom. It needs to be painted. Jules, the company contact, was very good at communicating.

Very professional, courteous, patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Reasonable pricing base on the kitchen environment. I LOVE my kichten! It was all white for 20 years! Now, it's new, to me! I will referr this company to others as they research companies for their remodels or updating their homes.
