We recently had our windows and doors replaced with impact products by ASP SuperHome, and I have to say — it has completely transformed our home here in Kendall. From our very first visit to their showroom, I could tell we were in great hands. The entire process was smooth, organized, and handled with so much care. Every person we dealt with was kind, knowledgeable, and truly professional. The installers, Ariel and Kalier, did an exceptional job — so much attention to detail! And a big thank-you as well to Jonathan and Eddy for making everything seamless behind the scenes. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Our home feels safer, quieter, and more beautiful. I recently had ASP Windows replace all my windows and doors with new impact ones here in Kendall, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, Jonathan took the time to walk me through the best options for colors and design, which made a big difference in the final look of my home. The installation team, led by Randy, worked neatly and kept everything clean throughout the process. Sergio and the supervisors made sure everything stayed on track, and the project was completed in just under 8 weeks exactly as promised. I can already feel the difference inside; my AC is running less, and the house feels quieter and more comfortable. Naila from customer service stayed in touch the whole way, answering questions quickly and making sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to find a company in Miami that delivers on both quality and service, but ASP Windows truly did. Highly recommend them to anyone considering new impact windows and doors.

I had an excellent experience with ASP Windows and Doors. Their staff is highly professional and they are quite reasonably priced for what you are getting. I live in Miami (Kendall) and had all my windows plus sliding glass door replaced. Peter Malcomson, my sales representative, is extremely experienced and was always available to answer any questions I had. He made a complex project go smoothly for me. Frank, the installer, has been doing this for many, many years and did an excellent job along with his assistant, Carlos. They were always punctual and kept the house clean as well. Nancy the project coordinator was also a total professional. In summary, I recommend ASP as everyone was friendly, professional and attentive to detail.

I had my doors and windows installed in May. It took me a little time to write this because I wanted to give ASP the thoughtful review they truly deserve. From start to finish, ASP made the entire process incredibly easy. As a full-time working parent, I really appreciated how on top of everything they were! I don’t know anything about doors, windows, or construction in general, so it was important for me to find a team I could trust—and I was so lucky to have found ASP. Bruce was our representative, and he was fantastic! He provided great guidance and was so patient with all of my questions. Danny and his father handled the installation, and they were absolutely awesome—kind, friendly, and felt like family. I even trusted them to stay in the house with my dog while I did school pickups! They went above and beyond, even helping my elderly neighbors. The team was clean, organized, and most importantly, the installation was done correctly. We had ASP replace our whole home with new windows and sliding doors with Linea Rossa products. After having 4 other estimates, our salesman Peter came to our house and we instantly knew this was the right company. Peter was not pushing the sale or trying to make us commit right away. His goal was that we understood the process, the labor involved and educated us on the product. Once we decided to do the job, Peter brought in Emilio and Roybel to do the installation and these guys really know what they are doing. We realized how good they were after seeing other installations from different companies and we knew that we chose the right company. To be honest, sometimes no job can go perfect from start to finish but what was important is that if I had a question or concern with something Peter and the guys were there to address it and take care of it. That is what an A+ company does. Thank you ASP, Peter, Emilio, Roybel and everyone in the office that helped us and made our house look brand new. Also we are very happy so far with the brand Linea Rossa it looks and performs very high end and the windows and doors are beautiful. Thank you!
