“One of the main selling points is the 50 year warrantee on products and installation. The GAF warrantee provided, which is also shown on Power's website, does not list the shingles that were install. Repeated calls for clarification have basically gone ignored. I thought a "50 year" roofing product would qualify for a discount from my insurance company. I sent the State Farm Certification Form to one of the QA managers and was informed that Power would not be able to certify the roof as a Class 3 or 4 because the shingles had not be tested and GAF would not classify the product. The sales agreement states "the Contractor will make available to Buyer all product and labor warrantees.."”

They struggled trying to get it right, but not as hoid as one pre-made. Also after installing the widows did not get cleaned from fingerprints and dirt.”
