“The salesperson who knocked on my door was very persistent. We finally gave in and got what we thought was just a quote, then we were pressured into the purchase. Definitely had buyers remorse. Then when it came to the install date, everything went wrong. Huge mess was made, one installer, very loud, he was here from 10:30am until 1:30am. We missed work and lost sleep over it and so did our children. It was very unprofessional. Then in the light of the next day the job was very sloppy. On a positive note, we did have a project manager come by and he agreed to fix the mess and all the mistakes made by the previous installer. All in all we missed several days of work, but thankfully the job is done.”

“The product is good, but there were a lot of mistakes with the installation. They mismeasured a window; they delivered a back door without the mini blind in it, and the frame of the kitchen window was damaged. I started in November and it took until January or February to get things fixed. They delayed fixing these things twice. Everything was at their convenience and inconvenient for me. The product is excellent.”

“The finished product performs well and appears properly installed. However, the ordering and pricing process required significant oversight on my part. Documented discrepancies in color selection and pricing entries were difficult to reconcile, and requests for clear, written comparisons were met with resistance rather than investigation. While the end result is solid, the process did not reflect the level of administrative precision I expect at this price point. I would recommend Power with the recommendation that customers remain highly engaged throughout the project.”

He was very courteous and proactive with an issue we had with a door. I wasn't seeing the problem, but he was concerned and wanted to have a technician come out. They stated they would solve the problem.”
