Jokes on me for believing that, ended up with 3 different install teams, 2 on the same day. Seriously, what a waste of crews time as well as mine. Very poor “customer” service!”

“I was not aware of all the things that they would have to do prior to installing the new windows. Had I known, it would have made a difference. They did not tell me that they would have to take down all of my plantation shutters, and that was an issue for me. On the day of installation, I had a man there to remove them and replace them once they were done, but he told them that they could not be removed. They could not be removed because they were installed during the building of the house and were screwed on, not nailed on. Had I known that, I would not have gone through with the purchase. They were however accommodating by building the windows outward about an inch with trim to keep them from having to remove the plantation shutters. Again, had I known ahead of time, I would not have purchased the windows as it was too much of a hassle.”

Also, the prices are astronomical.”

“They charged me for items left sitting in my back yard. There are six or so rolls of roofing underlayment roll. There are 4 or 5 bundles of roofing shingles. There is a box of edging that wasn't used. They brought a lot more than they needed. They said I had to pay for whatever they brought, even though it was by far more than I needed. I wanted a refund on the material not used. I will never use them again and will never recommend to anyone. The items have since been picked up, I suppose by power home remodeling.”

“The front end experience was great but the install was not what was sold to me. I am still not sure the correct paint was used when i compare it to other windows in my complex. There was very little clean practices implemented evident by brush all over my floors and the high traffic areas were not tarped as well as no vacuums were used. When I told them they said it was a renovation site so it was to be expected. There were numerous carpet stains, broken picture frame and broken night light. There was dings on all my window ledges and Walls so when I told them to repair it they argued. There was a huge hinderance bc only one worker spoke English. I would have a difficult time recommending this service bc I am not sure they would live up to what they sold. It was extremely disappointing imp”

“Windows are great. Front door, not so much. Plus, they don't install storm doors. First, the way the brickmold covering was installed doesn't allow for a storm door installation as the angles are wrong. Not sure if the installers were aware that we would be installing a storm door or not. Installation was 1 Oct, this won't be fixed until 22 Oct. Second, doorknob is to low (34 3/4" from floor (standard ht is 36" from floor/35" from bottom of door; every other doorknob in my house is between 36"-37" from floor). We never requested a lower doorknob. Third, peephole is too high (65 3/4" from floor). We requested it be approximately 3" higher than previous door (which was of standard ht as it came already installed, 58"-60" from floor, which should put it at 61"-63" from floor. Sales rep never measured anything concerning peephole. Now, my wife has to stand on her tiptoes to see out of it. Fourth, doorknob doesn't lock, meaning there is only one locking mechanism (deadbolt-which we replaced with our electronic one for our security system). When we picked that style of doorknob/handle, it would have been nice if the sales rep told us that it didn't lock. We may have selected a different style or requested a second deadbolt.”

“The team that performed my work didn’t match the professional standards that I expected to receive from the promotional team. They left my doors open the entire process-front and patio. The door was closed for completion pictures only and sign taped to door. As an older woman, I felt like they thought they could just do what little needed without concerns about property.”

“I am dissatisfied with the windows that Power installed. I have 6- 7ft windows that run along the front of my house. My house faces a city park. I was expecting windows to be installed with a tinted film so that people cannot see into my home. The windows I had, you cannot see into my home at night, but you can see into my home during the day. I specifically asked the salesman when he was here if they offered the same type of window with a tint so that they could not see into my home during the day and night. He told me they offered that type of window. When the windows were installed, the quality control guy showed up and showed me something about the windows. I noticed that with one window that was installed, I could see into my living room and straight into my kitchen. I asked if they were putting a tint on the windows. He informed me that they do not have tinted windows. I explained that it is not what the salesman told me. The bottom line is I had to hire someone to tint my windows. That cost me $1500.00. I called Power to see if they would reimburse me for that money. They are refusing to take care of it. I am not satisfied, and he misrepresented what they sell.”
