“Prepare us more. There was a LOT Of stress going into the install and then again after the install. We were getting voicemails and notifications on the app that we needed to sign paperwork, but had no way of emailing or messaging in the app that we had issues that needed to be addressed. And, we wanted written communication, not verbal. There should be a scheduled walk through the day after the install, especially if the install is in the Fall/winter when it's dark outside when the crew finishes. So much was NOT done well and it took a LONG time to get things documented to be fixed.”

“We were quoted one price ( after detailed measurements had been taken and door colors chosen). When the ‘official’ measure came out, the price went up considerably. We felt it was sort of a bait and switch situation. Also, an issue arose with our credit card being charged an extra 3% without our knowledge.”

“I liked the product. I liked the service. What I was not as fond of is every time someone came in to check on something after the job was done, or before it was done, after knowing I only wanted a particular thing, is they ask to look at other things in your house. They offer to fix it, but the problem is you have to respond that same day, and if you are not prepared, and I certainly was not, it can be expensive. They will want to do the work, and the price is good compared to what I know of other companies with comparable products, because it is a big expense. For example, I like to pay upfront. I do not like loans offered at like 19% or 10%. I was not prepared to actually have a good feeling about whether or not I could respond at that time. It was a one time offer at that big discount, and it made me uncomfortable that happened the first time when I asked for quote on one window and they wanted to look at and replace every window in the house, and I could not pull that off. I finally settled on doing several windows, and and then he wanted to replace my gutters, and he offered a good price, but I had not looked at my finances, so I had to say no. It would be nice if they were coming out they would tell me they are going to to look at other things in my home, and make an offer to fix things, then I would have been prepared in advance to see if I could pay for things. The first time they were here for 4 hours, and I had not planned for that. I could not get things done that day. I would have given them a 5 if they told me how long they would be here, and I would have had time to prepare and look at my finances.”
