If you're a new homeowner, or even an experienced homeowner, I feel confident recommending Power for your window upgrade. Every service person has not only been professional, but kind, respectful, and knowledgeable of their products. Chris presented the quality of their windows with indisputable facts. Jeremy helped with finalizing installation measurements and scheduling. Finally, Efrain and Jair installed my new windows efficiently and with care. Again, the professionalism and kindness superseded my expectations. Plus, I now have the 'Cadillac' of windows that not only look great but are sound canceling and one of the highest in energy efficiency. Great job!

Everything about the project from start to finish was amazing! Absolutely in love with the level of service and the quality of the products. We had multiple windows and a door installed, and both projects were coordinated for the same day, which made it easier oj us. Everyone we worked with (Rokas, Dan, the install crew, and Darrian) was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Definitely happy to be a repeat customer, and to see the same level of service be provided year after year.

Short answer: don’t do it. They require you to leave a review BEFORE the job starts. Long answer: We have sent multiple emails and made multiple calls with no solution. My husband and I invested more than $50,000 with Power for new windows, gutters, trim, and doors based on the professionalism, promises, and customer service presented during the sales process. Unfortunately, our experience after signing the contract has been unacceptable and deeply concerning. Before installation began, we were explicitly told that HOA approvals for the gutters and trim had been obtained and that your company had previously completed work within our neighborhood. After installation started, our HOA informed us that no approval had been granted. We later discovered that the home your team referenced was not even located within our HOA community. Because of this misinformation, installation had to be halted mid-project. During the delay, your team left an opening leading to our roof area, which resulted in a raccoon entering our home and causing additional disruption and stress. Despite being told that a VP had been notified and would take this matter seriously, nobody from leadership ever contacted us. Instead, we repeatedly received emails asking us for HOA updates, an issue that should never have existed had accurate information been provided upfront. After eventually obtaining the necessary approvals ourselves, installation resumed. Since completion, however, we have experienced ongoing issues with the quality of the work performed. Most concerning is that multiple windows appear to have been installed improperly, resulting in water intrusion during rainstorms. We are now finding water coming through corners of the windows, onto our floors, into our walls, and near an electrical outlet. This presents not only a risk for significant property damage, but also a serious safety concern due to the potential electrical hazard. Additionally, the moisture entering the walls raises concerns about hidden water damage, mold growth, and long-term structural issues, especially alarming given that we have a 3 MONTH OLD BABY in the home. The doors installed by Power also continue to malfunction and stick despite multiple requests for repairs. These issues remain unresolved and have created ongoing frustration and inconvenience in our daily lives, especially when having to move quietly with a newborn. The response time from your service department has also been unacceptable. After discovering active water intrusion, we immediately submitted a service ticket and called your office, only to be told that the earliest available appointment was nearly a week away. Water actively entering a home, particularly near electrical components, is an URGENT matter, not a routine scheduling issue. WHAT’S EVEN MORE CONCERNING IS THAT I TOLD YOUR TEAM THAT I HAD A NEWBORN BABY AT HOME AND THEY STILL SCHEDULED IT OUT ABOUT A WEEK. We entered this project expecting premium workmanship and customer service. Especially for what we paid. Instead, we have experienced repeated installation issues, preventable delays, lack of accountability and an alarming absence of urgency after payment was received. Additionally, reflecting on the sales process, it is concerning that your sales representative remained in our home for more than six hours on a weeknight presenting overwhelming amounts of information and pressure to move forward. It is also concerning that they asked us to leave a review prior to the installation and when I questioned it, the rep said that it was a requirement and watched me. Given the experience we have had since signing the contract, the contrast between the sales experience and the post-sale support has been extremely disappointing.

I recently had Pella windows installed, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The team, including James, Rashad, and Travis, was incredibly knowledgeable and polite, delivering on every promise. They were punctual and adhered to the schedule, making sure I was prepared for each phase, which left no surprises or issues. As for the windows themselves, I have no doubt about their superior quality. I'm confident they'll perform well in the summer by keeping the heat out, thanks to their smart design. However, I'm curious to see how they'll handle the impending North Texas winter blast this Saturday, 1/24/26. I'll be sure to update my review on how they fare after the storm! Thank you, Pella, and the entire team, for a fantastic job!

"The salesperson who knocked on my door was very persistent. We finally gave in and got what we thought was just a quote, then we were pressured into the purchase. Definitely had buyers remorse. Then when it came to the install date, everything went wrong. Huge mess was made, one installer, very loud, he was here from 10:30am until 1:30am. We missed work and lost sleep over it and so did our children. It was very unprofessional. Then in the light of the next day the job was very sloppy. On a positive note, we did have a project manager come by and he agreed to fix the mess and all the mistakes made by the previous installer. All in all we missed several days of work, but thankfully the job is done."

"My experience with PHR was wonderful. The time that Art spent with me during the first visit to assess the condition of my windows and to explain in detail the findings, both good and bad, was an education in itself. As it turned out, only my 6 transom windows had significant moisture between the walls, causing the need for replacements. The possible cause of the moisture was from improperly installed solar screens that blocked the weep holes in the frames so that the water during rains could not drain out. A corollary to the cause of moisture between the walls was the possibility of water from the roof leaking between the walls. Art spent a good deal of time in the attic, searching for damp places (of which there were none) and photographing (1) areas of temperature variation to identify hot spots and (2) evidence of future problems with some of the beams (not an immediate concern). Since I was interested in radiant barriers, Art thoroughly explained the pros and cons of the different kinds. In the end, I had them to install that as well."

Somehow, my little gentlemen, Mario, talked me into getting more and having more and more debt. We will wing-it, though. I would suggest not to pressure people into getting that. Try to advise them, but at the same time, don't try to pressure them. Sometimes, people cannot afford getting these windows, they are expensive. They are guaranteed and all that, but so were the ones that they took off, and I had had those for a very long time."

If I had known that, I wouldn't have gotten the door. We were not told that we would lose our storm door. The installation of the door resulted in losing the storm door. Power refused to replace the storm door for warranty reasons. I was not happy with that. Other than that, the attic job was fine. The workers were great at that. Patel was great. The door is fine. It is a great door. I am happy with it, but I think Power could have done better representing themselves before the sale. We ended up with what we didn't want. I had a long conversation with the sales guy. He said that it would be no problem to get the locks swapped out, but it was a problem."

They weren't discounts when I was able to run through the pricing on my own and at a speed I could grasp everything. Yep, I know I agreed to it in the end, and that's on me. I just think you have really good salesmen that can talk their way into getting the customer to agree with just about anything. Just left me with a bad taste in my mouth in the end. I mean $15000 for gutters is way over what a really good gutter would typically run. Wouldn't you agree? I would not recommend a friend to get taken advantage of."

I can understand that the agent I worked with believed there was a problem and believed in Power’s solution, but the sales tactics used felt very uncomfortable looking back on it. "We have done business with Power twice. We found them at a Home Event. The seller who came to our home stayed for 4 plus hours so he could get a sale. He would not take no for an answer and kept returning with other lower offers. First were our windows, which was done in 2 parts. The second project was our front door. The quality of the work and product were great. With the second round of windows, the workers left a bit of a mess. After the installation is complete there is a quality inspector that comes and they seem to also need to add that they are also salesman, because before they leave they try selling another project. They mention they are not commissioned like the initial sellers and that they are salaried, but yet they are still trying to sell another product and try to lower the current project cost with the possible new project cost. Clearly, some tactic here and should just be done all at the beginning. The problem we had was that after the windows were complete ( the very first set) we found a split in our wall. When we had an opportunity to contact about the concern, the issue was resolved by requesting pictures and getting opinions of a group of workers. They call one of us to state the issue would not be resolved and it was not the company’s fault and then a voicemail was left on the other spouse’s phone. There was no one that actually physically came out to check the issue, which shows a problem with the customer service after a project is done. There are multiple workers throughout the metroplex that someone could have came out for a few minutes to check it out."

There is absolutely no construction management or oversight until Power realizes they might not get paid. I would have had a much better quality job at a fraction of the price if I had taken my own measurements and ordered the windows and doors at Lowes or McCoys and did the installation myself or hired my own crew."

The GAF warrantee provided, which is also shown on Power's website, does not list the shingles that were install. Repeated calls for clarification have basically gone ignored. I thought a "50 year" roofing product would qualify for a discount from my insurance company. I sent the State Farm Certification Form to one of the QA managers and was informed that Power would not be able to certify the roof as a Class 3 or 4 because the shingles had not be tested and GAF would not classify the product. The sales agreement states "the Contractor will make available to Buyer all product and labor warrantees..""

And, we wanted written communication, not verbal. There should be a scheduled walk through the day after the install, especially if the install is in the Fall/winter when it's dark outside when the crew finishes. So much was NOT done well and it took a LONG time to get things documented to be fixed."

"To be honest, I would have given Power Home Remodeling a rating of 5, but some of the behavior and practices lowered that. Specifically what I'm referring to is the purchase of the door 5 years ago. Then we went back to purchase another door like it and found that the manufacturer had changed, so we couldn't get it like for like, and there were problems with this and unanswered questions with that. We liked the door and the quality of the product, but then what we experienced in this particular situation is that after the sale and installation, someone came out to inspect it, and the inspection was in fact a follow-up trying to sell additional stuff, so we ended up in a lengthy discussion about trying to install windows, which was unnecessary. So, I really did not appreciate the follow-up attempt to upsell with additional stuff; that's why it's difficult for me to give a good, clean answer, which is why I'm neutral. The product quality is pretty high, and the practice was disappointing. I'm being generous by rating it a 3. The question is, would I recommend Power? I would love to recommend them because their delivery is excellent, but I really didn't like the business practice on this one."

"I liked the product. I liked the service. What I was not as fond of is every time someone came in to check on something after the job was done, or before it was done, after knowing I only wanted a particular thing, is they ask to look at other things in your house. They offer to fix it, but the problem is you have to respond that same day, and if you are not prepared, and I certainly was not, it can be expensive. They will want to do the work, and the price is good compared to what I know of other companies with comparable products, because it is a big expense. For example, I like to pay upfront. I do not like loans offered at like 19% or 10%. I was not prepared to actually have a good feeling about whether or not I could respond at that time. It was a one time offer at that big discount, and it made me uncomfortable that happened the first time when I asked for quote on one window and they wanted to look at and replace every window in the house, and I could not pull that off. I finally settled on doing several windows, and and then he wanted to replace my gutters, and he offered a good price, but I had not looked at my finances, so I had to say no. It would be nice if they were coming out they would tell me they are going to to look at other things in my home, and make an offer to fix things, then I would have been prepared in advance to see if I could pay for things. The first time they were here for 4 hours, and I had not planned for that. I could not get things done that day. I would have given them a 5 if they told me how long they would be here, and I would have had time to prepare and look at my finances."
