“Replacement board work on windows wasn't done the same. The boards were cut short and gaps in bottom boards were not fixed so now there are gaps for bugs and just to get in. They broke other boards taking off boards and didn't replace those so it has gaps now.”

“Quality assurance never showed up. We wanted another door replaced, and the salesman told us that this additional work could be added when quality assurance arrived. Some of the windows have small gaps at the bottom of the screens and I don't know how to fix that. Some screens slide up and down and some don't budge. I don't know how they're supposed to move. The wrong color handle was installed on the front door.”
