“I purchased a whole house new windows installation. Starting from the day of the installation to the completion of the last window installed, not to include the repairs of parts that were already broken at the factory, the process took two months and two weeks. On the installation day, one window was missing from the order so I had to wait for Power to re-order. I called them after one month to allow them time to work out the issue, but only received response after multiple follow up calls for another month. One of the windows had a major part failure from the factory. The window wouldn’t open. I purchased brand new windows, so a major factory error like this makes me question the quality of the product. It was fixed after the last window was installed two months and two weeks later, but the repair was pretty rough on the brand new frame. Another repair still hasn’t been completed as of today, three months after the initial installation. To make sure these repairs can get taken care of at the time the last window is installed, I reminded Power staff to bring necessary materials and equipment on my every call or text message conversation with them, but still, they were missing parts when they came over and needed to order parts from the manufacturer.”

“I was guaranteed that my electric bill would reduce by at least 40%. I have seen no change in my bill, nor the temperature in my house from my old windows. Not to mention the fact that 22,000 is ridiculous for windows and wasn't aware there was a $19000.00 finance charge on top of that! Are you frigging kidding me???? Who in their right mind would pay $40,000.00 for windows?? We'll, I got scammed and I hope nobody else is stupid enough to do the same!!!! I have tons of medical bills due to cancer and this certainly didn't help! Thank you for nothing!!!!!”

No inspector, who was suppsoed to come when the job was done, has come back out here to inspect the work that they have done.”

When the people came to remeasure before ordering, they claimed that they had gone over it with Aurora, but she said that they didn't mention the electronic door lock, so she was under the impression that it was included. It came with the regular deadbolt, so I called and told them about it, and they thought they would charge me an extra four hundred dollars. I told them to forget it, so I went and bought and installed it myself.”

“The installation was fine. The windows themselves function properly, but the problem is the windows needed to be fit right before installing them. The gentleman used the tool with no cardboard under it, so now there are dents on the wood. They are not very big, but they are there, and there are a couple of them. I didn't notice this until afterwards when the inspector came by. He told me he would have them come back with sandpaper and paint, but they didn't bring any paint and said it wasn't a major issue. They didn't have the right information, so I told them they could go.”

An individual showed up with screens that didn't fit and told me it would be rectified. After two weeks had passed, I called the phone number for the project manager, who was here when the windows were installed, and that was a week ago. He told me he would get right back to me with an answer, and I still have not heard from this company. At present, I can not possibly recommend this company to someone else.”

“I have had multiple issues with doors and windows being installed. Each person I speak to tells me they will look into it and call me back, but they don’t always do that and they don’t correct issues without dragging things out and lying to me repeatedly. My windows were so tight I couldn’t open them and the installer said they were supposed to be like that. I finally got them to send someone out to fix the issue. A window was broken before it arrived and it took a month before they had a replacement. However the replacement was not the correct size so it took another month to get the replacement. The front door frame was also mis-measured and the company dried to force the installers to go to Home Depot and buy subpar material to “finish” the door. I refused to allow that. It took a month for the material to come in so the door could be completed but the company marked the work as done so that the loan I got to cover the costs came due and I had to pay almost $400 in interest for the loan even though the work was not done. When the door was “completed” the craftsmanship was poor. Stucco was broken in at least three places and the seal which was used around the frame looks like a child did it. It is uneven and splotchy. Finally the arched window above the door also looks like a child cut it out. It is different widths and is not completely adhered to the wall. I called 8/25/25 and explained the concerns I still had and was told I would be called back in a day or two. It is now 9/8, and I still have not been contacted to correct these issue. I will have to now call AGAIN!!!l For $55k I expect more.”

Salesman cheated me to replace Window wooden and touch the crack on my garage, no one come. I am so regret to sign the contract with this company . I thought this is a big company which has good credit. Actually not ! I wll tell anyone not doing business with this company ! Terrible experience !”
