“I signed the contract on December 7, 2020. Was told that I should have my windows by the end of January to mid-February. I waited and I waited and I waited. I was finally notified around the end of April my windows could be installed. Voiced my displeasure to Dale on how long I had to wait to hear from them- no apology, no explanation. Never heard from my sales guy about the delay or anyone from the Brennan. Really poor customer service.”

“We have had used Brennan years ago for windows. We wanted to get a bay window and decided to go with the again so everything matches. A seal broke on an original side window. The window was under a lifetime warranty, but they still tried to charge me the window to be replaced until I disputed it.”
