"I LOVE my new door, but can't stand to look at it from the outside. The caulking job on the right is very thick. I was told it was because the existing brick is crooked along that side. I understand that part, but I don't understand why that wasn't factored in when the door was measured. We waited roughly 6 months to get our door. The nice installer also pre-measured the door for ordering purposes, but never mentioned this was going to be a problem. I live in an older neighborhood and know we have paid 5,000-7,000 more than our neighbors who have replaced their front doors. Our door and caulking should be reflective of what we paid. I'm embarrassed -Your eye does not see the beautiful door, but the super, shiny, thick black caulk. So, now I'm trying to cover the area with tall trees and plants, again more money! I called your company, and could not get a timely response to my inquiries about the caulk problem. When I did get a response I was told I would have to pay to fix it?? I'm very sad that the problem wasn't considered before the order took place. So, no, I cannot recommend your company."

And we wanted a door with improved energy efficiency as t the same time. We compared many brands and products but decided on the Provia product with Brennan and couldn't be happier with the product and more importantly the installation! Would highly recommend."

"Straight forward sales process and details about product and pricing. Installation was good but quality of install and clean up had lots of room for improvement. Even gave the feedback to Brennan customer service rep after install that bushes were damaged and some needed to be replaced along with debris under almost every window. She said thanks for the feedback and ended the call."

"Slow to fix warranty problem, several instances. I have been without a screen door now for about two months while they are waiting for NT windows to approve warranty work, after they had already told me NT had denied them. I have no idea what is going on now."

"Would have given 5 stars if your installers were employees and treated better than an independent contractor. Shame on you for not paying medical expenses to your installers if they get injured installing your windows. Profit over compassion is despicable. A great window installed poorly is a piece of crap. A great window installed properly is a gem."

"Everyone at the company was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! Frank, our sales rep, helped guide us and determine the best fit for our needs and wants. The office staff was always helpful when we called with questions. Clayton and his install crew worked hard every time they were at the house. They were able to install with as little disruption to our daily life as possible. They cleaned and kept supplies neat and organized while installing. The overall product is energy efficient and great looking! The windows updated the look of our home - we love them!"

"If asked for a company that installs new doors, I might recommend Brennan or I might not. The high cost, the lock mechanism needing to be replaced and the long wait for a door would be something I would have to share with a friend. I would also mention that it took months and numerous emails to finally receive the touch up paint that was originally promised to be delivered along with the installation. I understand that the touch up paint and the lock come from the manufacturer, but we had a non-working door for weeks until the new lock was installed. I also had to remind Brennan beginning in April about the touch up paint and did not receive it until June. And then I had to go to the post office to pay shipping to pick it up. We really like our new door, but your quality control and shipping issues are not something we expected when we pay that much for a new door.."
