2.5 stars ⭐️ Window lead times are longer than others, but it’s better to under promise then over promise. Not really worried about that, just a FYI for how long you will have to wait. Install went great, installers were great. Now where the stars drop… SERVICE/ Warranty technician experience…… I had to have 3 sashes replaced, due to my grids missing. Sashes took a while to get here, even though they were manufactured before my installed windows arrived in their warehouse.. the service technician came out, installed the sashes however, leaving busted screws out of the window vinyl frame, scratched up glass from the screw heads, and stripped out screw heads…. SECOND service issues….. same service technician. One window did not lock properly after the settling of the window install… I understand that happens, BUT I had a new sash ordered, which was manufactured before I put in that 2nd service request, still taking 1.5 months to get my sash delivered and installed. Service technician came out again, same issue, scratched glass, vinyl window frame busted, screws stripped out, keeper not lined up.. Really disappointed, beautifully installed windows are now busted/ scratched/ 1 not functioning properly…. I bought my windows 1st week of December, it is now May 2nd 2026 and I’m not happy with what I have received on the service side. Windows do look beautiful from the outside. But from the inside, not so great. 4 out of 6 are now damaged due to the service technician.

Terrific job by Window Nation Charlotte, starting with sales guy, John Kucera, installation manager, Brian, and the installation team led by Jose. The finished product looks awesome, very professionally done. John and Brian even were there to make sure all went well. Great collaborative effort and attention to detail Thanks everyone!!

I was really impressed with Window Nation. A friend recommended them, And they definitely offer a great price and a beautiful product. There was a small scheduling scare the day before installation—they texted about a need to reschedule. After I explained I'd already prepped the whole house, they managed to make it work and came as promised. I really appreciated that they listened and found a solution. The installation crew was awesome: polite, respectful of my home (shoe covers, asking to use the bathroom!), and incredibly efficient. They installed 11 windows in just about five hours. Their work was impeccable. They caulked all of the interiors of my windows and you would never know that we just had new windows put in. All the trim and paint around the windows looked like it had not been disturbed. They even wrapped the exteriors of the two old windows I didn't replace so everything would match from the exterior, which was a thoughtful touch I didn't expect. They left the place clean and took all the old windows. The whole experience was smooth, and the results are fantastic. I'd definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We are very pleased with the service and quality associated with Window Nation. Pete, our sales representative, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The installation team did a wonderful job and made sure things were neat and tidy when they left. We highly recommend Window Nation!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Window Nation. I had a representative come to my home to provide a quote for 8 windows. After the appointment, I decided to take a few days to do my due diligence and gather a couple of additional quotes before making a decision. Three days later, I received an email from the Sales Manager, Richard Hansen, with a revised quote. Surprisingly, the new price was significantly lower than the original quote, but it was for 11 windows instead of the 8 I actually needed. Since the pricing was much more competitive, I reached back out and simply asked for the same pricing to be adjusted for the 8 windows I wanted to purchase. Richard responded that the lower price had been sent in error due to a “system glitch” and that Window Nation would not honor it. Mistakes can happen, but what was most disappointing was the company’s unwillingness to stand behind the quote they sent or make any effort to find a reasonable solution. As a customer who was genuinely interested in moving forward, it left me feeling that the pricing was inconsistent and that customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority. I expected better communication and better customer service from a company of this size. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to take my business elsewhere.
