2.5 stars ⭐️ Window lead times are longer than others, but it’s better to under promise then over promise. Not really worried about that, just a FYI for how long you will have to wait. Install went great, installers were great. Now where the stars drop… SERVICE/ Warranty technician experience…… I had to have 3 sashes replaced, due to my grids missing. Sashes took a while to get here, even though they were manufactured before my installed windows arrived in their warehouse.. the service technician came out, installed the sashes however, leaving busted screws out of the window vinyl frame, scratched up glass from the screw heads, and stripped out screw heads…. SECOND service issues….. same service technician. One window did not lock properly after the settling of the window install… I understand that happens, BUT I had a new sash ordered, which was manufactured before I put in that 2nd service request, still taking 1.5 months to get my sash delivered and installed. Service technician came out again, same issue, scratched glass, vinyl window frame busted, screws stripped out, keeper not lined up.. Really disappointed, beautifully installed windows are now busted/ scratched/ 1 not functioning properly…. I bought my windows 1st week of December, it is now May 2nd 2026 and I’m not happy with what I have received on the service side. Windows do look beautiful from the outside. But from the inside, not so great. 4 out of 6 are now damaged due to the service technician.

Pete Norrito at Window Nation Charlotte is the real deal. We’re in the middle of renovations and had no idea where to start when it came to windows — it’s one of those decisions that sounds straightforward until you realize how much it affects the entire feel of a space. Pete changed that completely. He took the time to genuinely understand what we were going for aesthetically and functionally, asked the right questions, and walked us through options we wouldn’t have thought to consider on our own. What stood out most was that he wasn’t just selling — he was problem-solving. He helped us think through how natural light would move through each room and which window styles and placements would actually open up the space the way we envisioned. The difference it’s already making in how bright and airy our home feels is exactly what we hoped for. Having Pete with us from the very first conversation through the final decision made an otherwise overwhelming part of the renovation process feel manageable and even enjoyable. If you’re building or renovating and want someone who will treat your project like it matters — because to Pete, it clearly does — ask for him by name. We’re so grateful we did.

I was really impressed with Window Nation. A friend recommended them, And they definitely offer a great price and a beautiful product. There was a small scheduling scare the day before installation—they texted about a need to reschedule. After I explained I'd already prepped the whole house, they managed to make it work and came as promised. I really appreciated that they listened and found a solution. The installation crew was awesome: polite, respectful of my home (shoe covers, asking to use the bathroom!), and incredibly efficient. They installed 11 windows in just about five hours. Their work was impeccable. They caulked all of the interiors of my windows and you would never know that we just had new windows put in. All the trim and paint around the windows looked like it had not been disturbed. They even wrapped the exteriors of the two old windows I didn't replace so everything would match from the exterior, which was a thoughtful touch I didn't expect. They left the place clean and took all the old windows. The whole experience was smooth, and the results are fantastic. I'd definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We were in need of new windows for our home for some time now. We had no clue which window company to go with. We had an appointment with 4 different window companies for estimates and information. John Kucera with Window Nation was our 3rd and last appointment. Because of John we are using Window Nation to replace our home windows. John was very thorough and knowledgeable, very easy to talk to, family friendly and answered every single question we had. He quoted us a very good and reasonable price. When we let him know we decided to go with him and Window Nation he asked what was the main reason we chose them. We said he was the number one reason. Then, of course, the reasonable pricing, as well. Needless to say, we canceled the 4th appointment we had with a different company. Thank you, John for your expert knowledge, patience and kindness. We can’t wait for our new home windows.

My husband and I are thrilled with the way our home has been transformed. Our entire process was excellent. Our sales rep Peter, spent a great deal of time going over their product and process of our installation. Their installation team, 4 terrific guys, installed 23 windows & a back door and worked until they finished the same day. Great job of cleaning the windows and inside/outside when they finished. I will have no hesitation recommending Window Nation to anyone! My install date was 9/9/24 and we live in the Kerry Greens Subdivision.
