“I am not likely to recommend RBA Charlotte to a anyone especially a friend. For the amount of money, I paid and the effort they put into selling their product, I expected more following installation considering there were missing parts promised to be delivered and installed at a later but undetermined date. After several weeks and calls to different numbers someone finally returned my call. They offered it would be several more weeks before the missing parts would be delivered. It has been 6 months since the original order was placed. These parts are not major items but important items that should have been delivered with the door and windows at installation. RBA did a great job selling and installing a great product, but a terrible job following up and ensuring the customer's home was completely taken care of.”
