The Ruffneck Renovation Team was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, they worked seamlessly together—efficient, friendly, and incredibly precise. Very customer oriented. They were very neat and clean. Protected and cleaned afterwards. Explained the product thoroughly. These are the first windows I’ve had that folded in. So that’s why I said they explained that thoroughly. They’re not just common slide up and down windows. These windows are not cheap, but if you have a valued house you like to put in a good product with it, I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely worth it. We paid more than most window companies. We got professional employees who care about your needs. I know our energy bill will be much lower. Just in time for winter. The team installed our windows in 2 days on both floors of our old house. Very happy. Thank you Gary, Thomas and Ross.

This company has rude, pushy people canvassing neighborhoods. I had one of their people harassing us when we were in our front yard and he refused to leave even after we told him several times we weren't interested and that he had to get off our property. I finally had to call the police and when I did, he went down the street. When the police met up with him, he actually lied and told the police I threw something at him. I swear, it was so bizarre. I just want to enjoy my yard without being harassed by these people. Do business with these people at your own risk... they are not professional. Extremely bad experience with their solicitation representative. The photo is the solicitors car.

Had windows and doors put in by Renewal by Andersen and it was a great experience. The quality of the product is the best I have ever seen, from the salesperson to the installation and installation crew the experience was outstanding. The company keeps in contact with you every step of the way until and after the installation. We only had to deal with employees of Andersen and not subcontractors. Can't say enough about the install crew. They were polite, did not impact the neighborhood, worked non-stop for 2 days, made sure they kept our home and yard clean and cleaned up whatever they needed too. They were personable and professional. Great experience and would recommend them.
