Very customer oriented. They were very neat and clean. Protected and cleaned afterwards. Explained the product thoroughly. These are the first windows I’ve had that folded in. So that’s why I said they explained that thoroughly. They’re not just common slide up and down windows. These windows are not cheap, but if you have a valued house you like to put in a good product with it, I would recommend them to anyone.

I am only giving a 3 because the technicians have been great but the quality has been a little of a disappointment. We have had multiple material issues holding up to the elements. I realize the black retains more heat but feel that with the advertising of quality these should hold up longer than 5 years. The caulk is guaranteed less than 5 years but with the wide amount used on the doors and windows, I feel that this is an issue. Most people would not want to spend thousands to replace the caulk before the windows are paid for. I feel that it also takes away from the beauty of the windows. Have also replaced the hardware on all doors. The front door for mechanical issues and two back doors for a fading finish. Renewal has been very good to replace these things but I feel the quality will not hold up for years as I had hoped.

Sales rep Josh did a great job getting us the windows we wanted. The install team did an outstanding job! Very thorough explanations, fast and clean work, and very friendly. Borys and Roman knocked out the install promptly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience for my patio door replacement. The pair of men did the complete job from start to finish in 4hrs. Went through the operation of the new door with me and gave me the keys. The office agent DeKeta, who called to check with me post install, was super helpful in providing an answer to a question I had regarding window treatments.
