Very customer oriented. They were very neat and clean. Protected and cleaned afterwards. Explained the product thoroughly. These are the first windows I’ve had that folded in. So that’s why I said they explained that thoroughly. They’re not just common slide up and down windows. These windows are not cheap, but if you have a valued house you like to put in a good product with it, I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a wonderful experience for my patio door replacement. The pair of men did the complete job from start to finish in 4hrs. Went through the operation of the new door with me and gave me the keys. The office agent DeKeta, who called to check with me post install, was super helpful in providing an answer to a question I had regarding window treatments.

The Ruffneck Renovation Team was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, they worked seamlessly together—efficient, friendly, and incredibly precise. They moved quickly without cutting corners and treated our home with the utmost care, leaving everything clean and undisturbed. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly set them apart. This company has rude, pushy people canvassing neighborhoods. I had one of their people harassing us when we were in our front yard and he refused to leave even after we told him several times we weren't interested and that he had to get off our property. I finally had to call the police and when I did, he went down the street. When the police met up with him, he actually lied and told the police I threw something at him. I swear, it was so bizarre. I just want to enjoy my yard without being harassed by these people. Do business with these people at your own risk... they are not professional. Extremely bad experience with their solicitation representative. The photo is the solicitors car.

The installers did a wonderful job. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves, didnt even know they were here. They were very polite and friendly! Will recommend them.
