I really can't say enough about Greg and his crew! They arrived to our house and explained exactly how the work would proceed and got right down to it. Every person on the crew was professional, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable. They were knowledgeable and happy to answer our questions. The windows look amazing and the clean up before leaving each evening was impeccable. We had 24 windows and one slider installed within 3 full days and we couldn't be happier with the result!

We recently had all of our new windows installed by Renewal by Andersen, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The sales demonstration with Anthony was extremely informative, professional, and never pushy. We felt confident in the quality of the windows and the process every step of the way. Elias, who installed our windows, was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, communicative, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the entire installation. Every evening he made sure the work area was spotless and left the site clean and organized, which we truly appreciated. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were impeccable. Most importantly, we absolutely love our new windows. They are beautiful, high quality, and have completely transformed the look and feel of our home. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone considering new windows!

Fabricio and his team did an outstanding job with all aspects of the windows installation from start to finish, with prep and set up of work area, team efficiency, quality of work and demonstrated high interest in customer satisfaction and education regarding the new windows. Also did a walk- around and thorough cleanup when work was completed. I can highly recommend this team who were also personable and a pleasure to work with. I had 7 fibrex windows with frames installed.

INSTALLATION: Great! Dillon and Joshua did our double door install today and I can’t believe what a beautiful job they did. Top notch installers. Wonderful quality doors and the install went smoothly because it was done by professionals. I’m thoroughly impressed with the installation. THE PURCHASE: Not good. The doors unfortunately look very different from the rendering and we’re not at all happy with them. We’re awaiting Andersen’s proposal to heavily discount the doors or fix the issues and remove the very pronounced, cheap looking frame from around the window grids. Something to pay close attention to when ordering very, very expensive doors from Renewal by Andersen Boston. Be sure the doors you receive are a match to the rendering, because ours were not. I’ll modify this review when an acceptable resolution has been reached. 🤞🏼

We had windows and patio doors installed yesterday and it was done by Greg Ziomko and his crew of 2 Thomas & Thomas. From start to finish they were nothing but professional and easy to work with. They encountered problems created by the previous homeowner that most installers would not have been able too correct but they were able to overcome those problems with no issues or complaints at all. Having worked with many contractors over the years I would consider this crew to be second to none and Renewal By Anderson should consider itself lucky to have such a crew and do whatever it takes to keep these three a working component or the corporation. Just a side note not having to do with the installation it has to do with the price of the windows and doors, Renewal By Anderson could and possibly should offer the product at a little lower price point so more people could afford their products but again the installation was second to none.
