We recently had all of our windows replaced in our home. Andre and his crew were amazing! They were wonderful examples of what professionals should be throughout the entire project. They kept us involved and made sure we were happy with their work as they moved along. They went above and beyond in so many ways and we are ecstatic about our beautiful windows. I would highly recommend Andre and his team to any homeowners who need window or door replacements. They were extremely knowledgeable, polite, took the time to protect our belongings, kept us informed through the entire process, worked diligently, and, to put it quite simply, did an amazing job! My entire experience with Renewal by Anderson was superb. From the salesman who came out, follow up emails keeping me informed, two young men who installed the windows, phone calls during installation to check on progress was exceptional. Very professional. I highly recommend this company. Would absolutely use them again. Sue

We are very pleased with our new windows. The entire team from sales, through concierge to the installation team were knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to work with. Installation was completed as scheduled and the installation team were awesome to work with. They were on-time, pleasant, worked quickly but efficiently and did a great job with the cleanup. We will highly recommend their services.

Foremost, I was so impressed by Paulo & his crew’s attention to detail. They put plastic down before they started & worked hard through out the rainy cold day! Wow, rare in these times! I will also add pictures. They were very polite & worked as a team. No one took breaks except for lunch. I thought they had already left when I heard Alex outside finishing washing the windows! I have never seen or heard of this! Fantastic!

We had windows and patio doors installed yesterday and it was done by Greg Ziomko and his crew of 2 Thomas & Thomas. From start to finish they were nothing but professional and easy to work with. They encountered problems created by the previous homeowner that most installers would not have been able too correct but they were able to overcome those problems with no issues or complaints at all. Having worked with many contractors over the years I would consider this crew to be second to none and Renewal By Anderson should consider itself lucky to have such a crew and do whatever it takes to keep these three a working component or the corporation. Just a side note not having to do with the installation it has to do with the price of the windows and doors, Renewal By Anderson could and possibly should offer the product at a little lower price point so more people could afford their products but again the installation was second to none.
