Bruin did a great job installing a door and five new windows in our ongoing ~400 sq ft addition project. They had no problems working with our ongoing project. I framed the window openings, they advised on their preferred dimensions for the door frame, and the installation crew took it from there. I was worried about color-matching the existing windows. The Bruin estimator pulled out color chip samples, and using an existing window, we found the exact match. The door and windows are properly sealed and flashed -- one of the reasons why I handed this off to a professional. Once the drywall is up, Bruin will be back to install the interior finished woodwork -- another task I am happy to hand to a pro.

We had a non-standard sized wooden front door replaced by Bruin. We chose Bruin based upon their reviews and price. When the first door arrived with the incorrect hinge swing (ordering issue), the team quickly re-ordered the door and rescheduled our install. The door came out beautifully and seals securely. They were able to work with the non-standard size and reframe the door to really upgrade the look of our house. Communication and customer service were great and the craftsman ship is top-notch!

I’m a return customer! Bruin replaced my siding and gutters last year and I had them come back to install a new front door, which is quite an exceptionally large special order door. I wasn’t satisfied with interior trim/molding after install and they came right back and made sure it was done to my liking. Although, It may have cost a little more, I believe you get what you pay for, and it was a job exceptionally well done. Bruin employees kept the areas clean after leaving, were extremely professional, and have great customer service. I’ve received multiple compliments on my house since as well. I’ll def have them back to install a storm door next spring/summer. Thank you! Follow-up: I had Bruin come back again to Install my storm door and it’s perfect and has helped keep the cold out more. Also had an old a/c through the wall I had them close off, seal, and siding to match. Keith and team are wonderful. Came to my house twice, to ensure measurements, the style of storm door, and color were exactly what I wanted for this large special order storm door. The exterior of my home is now complete and looks wonderful!

We are very happy with our new windows (whole house)!!! We used Bruin because of their reputation and because they are a local company. From our first, very non-pressure, meeting with Spencer, to the completed project, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Michael and his colleague did a great job on the install and left everything clean and neat. The windows look great. We're hoping they look this way for many years!! We highly recommend the Bruin team.
