Other than some communication hurdles early in the process, the window replacement process was amazing. Ashley was quick to respond and easy to work with. Kyle’s installation team is incredibly. They arrived when indicated. Ezra, Chris and Cole were a very cohesive team. Their experience definitely shined. They were very respectful, professional and knowledgeable. It was a well run installation.

I am loving my new windows and front door from Window Nation. We had all of the windows (30) and front door replaced. The new windows have a different frame color (almond v. originally white) and it looks terrific. They made the whole process less stressful and smooth. They communicated with me regularly to keep me apprised of the status of the project and were very responsive to all inquiries I made. The installation team was very skilled and made the process of 3 days of installation less stressful. The quality of installation is excellent. I would highly recommend Window Nation, if you are in the market to replace your windows.

Rob Kahn from Window Nation was very helpful when I planed to replace the windows and consulted him. He understood the situation quickly and gave me the best advice. During the time of the project, Rob could be easily reached and helped whenever I had questions. The whole process from second measure to the installation took 6 weeks, which is exactly what Rob promised when we signed the contract, that is amazing. I am very satisfied with the products from Window Nation, they are looking beautiful and really easy to operate. Got the best value of my money. The installation was going smoothly with efficiency, 12 windows were installed within two and half days. The technician from Window Nation was courteous and skilled, he told me everything that I need to know. When he left, his working area was as clean as before his coming. Since replacing windows is a long time process, it would be perfect if the company can provide email confirmation of every step and tell what would happen next step, such as when the first payment has received, the second measure completed, the schedule of installation, and the date and time of installation. That would keep the customers well informed and make them feel easy to schedule time and cooperate accordingly. Overall, it is very impressive to work with Rob Kahn and Window nation. Thanks for the good job.

My experience with Window Nation was positive from start to finish! Rob, my salesman, was super down to earth, very knowledgeable, and did NOT try to push anything on me. He was so personable that it was like visiting with a friend. Andrew, the measuring man, and Kyle and his team, the installers, showed up right on time, and they were all respectful of my property. The installation was completed in one day, and my new windows look fabulous! I HIGHLY recommend Window Nation! PS The price was awesome as well!

We spent roughly 70k purchasing 4 French doors, a very large office window, a 3 panel sliding glass door, a picture window and a regular window. We were on a tight schedule because we had a baby on the way and were dealing with an insurance claim on our house, which was the reasoning for getting new windows. Window nation told us it would be an 11 week lead time which was fine, however the install ended up taking 14 weeks. Even at 14 weeks we were alright as we understand there are delays from time to time in the construction process. However, during the install date we noted that all 4 French doors were damaged, but installed. They told us nothing until we discovered ourselves with what was VERY apparent damage in the corners of the door where the metal was bent outward causing a sharp edge protruding from each of the door. The measurements they took were only for the door as well and not the door jam so now there is a large gap you can fit a 2X4 or larger between the door frame and door jam. this was continuous around the entire door. Window nation tried to say it's fine and they would just spray some foam in. (I understand a gap needs to be between the frame and jam for shifting of the house, however not at the width of a 2X4) We then noticed that the picture window to match the other two picture windows was incorrect and came with a slide. so that window needed to be re-ordered. The large window and secondary window in the office were the wrong color. The two office doors have 6 1/2 inch door jams when they should have been 4 and 1/2. window nation initially said they just want to cut the door jams (ruining the integrity of the door) as a solution and we said no they need to re-order. They also did not mention they only do exterior doors so our French door from the dining area to the office is now an exterior door with a large gap between the floor and door with no sweep to cover it up. On the very large 3 panel door they measured incorrectly again as we told them to measure at porch height not interior height. as a result they installed the door at interior height which now has a huge step and in violation of ADA etc. In addition, the wrong 4 panel door and said that we signed a change order. the only change we made was to reduce the number of windows as we found matches for others elsewhere. when the sent the change order they hurried us to sign to meet the 11 weeks while sliding in the door change. We have followed up for resolution and gotten no updates for any of their products as ALL had issues. our contractor is about to be off of the job as well and will likely charge to come back out and trim around their product. They have acknowledged all of the issues except the sliding door at this point, but no timeline or resolution of completion. we are now weeks past the original install. Also, be careful when installing the by product they us ruined some of our tile panels and they have not responded to that either. Lastly the installer will try to sell you on the terrible work as they don't get paid to adjust or fix it. he tries to corner you and get you to agree that it "looks good". I hope everyone finds this useful when selecting a window company. We will never recommend this group. We are building a pool house as our next phase of construction and wanted the style to match, but we will not be engaging with them again and get as close as possible with another provider given this experience.
