We are very pleased with Window Nation! Despite a delay in installation, the whole experience was met with friendliness and professionalism. Rob Kahn (salesman) was very patient and even took extra time to answer all our questions and concerns. Hector's installation team was prompt, friendly, respectful and highly skilled. We are very pleased with the level of service we received and the final result.

The consultant Andrew put me at ease from the get-go. I am not easily put at ease. He spent time explaining options in a casual but informative way, taking all the time needed to answer our questions. I signed the contract that day, without securing other quotes; that is how much confidence he gave me in the product (lifetime guarantee against fogging, etc.). Of course, I listen to 590 am - The Todd and Oz show - on many mornings, and I've heard all the ads for Window Nation on there many times, so I expected professionalism. I paid half up front and will pay the other half once the job is done in a few short weeks. I feel very good about this purchase and the black-framed windows we bought from Window Nation. Excellent customer service all the way around the deal, and Andrew I would have to say is very good at his job. I never once felt pressured and he LISTENED. Highly recommended, although I guess I'll know that for sure once the job is done. I'm expecting great things. He said the door thresholds (we bought a new door also) are self-adjusting to keep moisture out. Way cool! Thank you, Andrew.

We had a great experience with Window Nation. From the initial consultation through final installation, they were excellent at communicating every step of the way, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The team that installed our window was fast, efficient, and kept the job site clean from start to finish. The crew was very courteous, professional, and respectful. Their products and workmanship are clearly high quality, and everyone has taken the time to answer all of our questions, making sure we felt confident about everything being done. It’s not always easy to find a quality product with contractors who combine skill with great customer service into a complete package, but these guys delivered. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch window installation.

Rob Kahn from Window Nation was very helpful when I planed to replace the windows and consulted him. He understood the situation quickly and gave me the best advice. During the time of the project, Rob could be easily reached and helped whenever I had questions. The whole process from second measure to the installation took 6 weeks, which is exactly what Rob promised when we signed the contract, that is amazing. I am very satisfied with the products from Window Nation, they are looking beautiful and really easy to operate. Got the best value of my money. The installation was going smoothly with efficiency, 12 windows were installed within two and half days. The technician from Window Nation was courteous and skilled, he told me everything that I need to know. When he left, his working area was as clean as before his coming. Since replacing windows is a long time process, it would be perfect if the company can provide email confirmation of every step and tell what would happen next step, such as when the first payment has received, the second measure completed, the schedule of installation, and the date and time of installation. That would keep the customers well informed and make them feel easy to schedule time and cooperate accordingly. Overall, it is very impressive to work with Rob Kahn and Window nation. Thanks for the good job.

My experience with Window Nation was positive from start to finish! Rob, my salesman, was super down to earth, very knowledgeable, and did NOT try to push anything on me. He was so personable that it was like visiting with a friend. Andrew, the measuring man, and Kyle and his team, the installers, showed up right on time, and they were all respectful of my property. The installation was completed in one day, and my new windows look fabulous! I HIGHLY recommend Window Nation! PS The price was awesome as well!
