Critter ONE Rodent and Animal Removal ***** Extremely knowledgable & professional. Kendra Ann was impressive on the inspection of my home and attic & spotted evidence I had Not previously seen! Down to determining that it was Most likely a ring tailed cat not necessarily Raccoons in the attic. Then went on to explain the methods CRITTER ONE would employ to Rid my home of either Or both to my satisfaction. The crew She assigned were quite capable and have finished the first part of this removal process. To then be followed up with a 'clean up and sanitation’ ~ And a 15 month guarantee!

`From my initial call and explanation of what I needed to have done, (seal my shed) to the two actual men who came and did the work, I had nothing but a positive experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable and reassured me that my issues/concerns of critters living under my shed would be resolved with the mesh wiring and one way out trap door...which is very humane. I was fortunate to get a military discount which is always appreciated. Highly recommend this company. They are very knowledgeable, on time, experienced, and when they get to work, they do not stop until the mission is completed. Go no further in your quest for critter removal or extermination. These guys are "Pros" in all aspects of the word.

Incredibly disappointed by Critter One. It seems that they may be suffering from untrustworthy employees. My wife and I had initially used critter one for pest removal in our attic of our new home in late fall early winter of 2025. Service was not cheap, about $2500 dollars, but if it works that’s fine. Problem is, we are still seeing pest droppings in our insulation so something is either still in the attic or getting in the attic. We set up an appointment with critter one to come and check the problem on Wednesday, 5/13/26 with the technician Miguel to come between 8-10am. My wife and I either had to take off work/work remote to accommodate for the appointment. The morning rolls around, with me sitting in the living room working, and the critter one truck rolls up and parks near our driveway. No tech gets out of the car, they wait maybe 2 minutes at most, and then we get a text saying our service is complete as the truck drives away. We call the office, and Miguel purportedly states that he “rang the doorbell and called” which is patently false. He never got out of his vehicle and we received no calls once he was here. The front office asked if they could have Miguel come back, and obviously I’m not going to have a liar come back into my home. If we wanted someone else we would have to reschedule and take more time away from our work, despite the work that should have already been completed today. This is incredibly aggravating and appears to be a way of getting around honoring a warranty. I hope this review helps others stay away from deceptive business practices. Don’t know whether it’s the company or just a bad apple employee, but unacceptable nonetheless. EDIT: Still incredibly disappointed with Critter One as their response to my review is deflective and untruthful. I certainly hope they take concerns like this seriously, as I most certainly do. I've attached the call log for my wife and myself here, redacted for business contacts and personal contacts. As anyone can see, we have zero incoming calls from anyone today. the only calls we made today were outgoing calls to Critter One after their employee blew us off. How this company has "reviewed their records" to show that their employee called, when our own call records prove that such statements are completely false is beyond me. But oh well, there are other ways to deal with deceptive practices. If they want to reach out to us directly to make it right, they can.

Great experience! Spoke to a human when I called and was able to be scheduled same day for inspection. Technician called and kept me informed when he would arrive. Got to work right away and explained everything he was going to do and then showed me photos of the problems and explained what could be done. No surprises. Able to schedule the work for the next day and the 2 young technicians who came out were also very polite and efficient. Work was done faster than expected. I would highly recommend this company! We heard critters in the attic. Now no more critter access.

Chris was one of the most amazing pest control technicians I’ve ever experienced! He was extremely educational, thorough, made sure he not only found the source but showed us and sent the photo documentation. I can tell this is not just a “job” for him . It’s something he’s extremely passionate about as well as educated. Chris made me feel secure in my purchase for the pest treatment and also made me want to commit to using critter one as my forever pest control ❤️
