Initially, we had some challenges where it took three separate visits to address items I had pointed out that were still incomplete. That was frustrating at first. However, today’s visit completely changed my experience, and I want to specifically recognize Chris Ramon for the outstanding job he did. Chris was extremely thorough, professional, and took his time to do things right the first time. He checked all the traps (nothing found), inspected the HVAC drain area for possible water damage, walked the entire perimeter of the house to ensure everything was properly sealed, and reviewed the one-way exit trap. He also corrected areas that had been missed previously — removing excess foam from the stone exterior and properly redoing those sections with construction sealant. He cleaned everything up afterward and paid close attention to detail. Additionally, he went up on the roof to address gaps, adding steel wool, mesh, and sealant, and showed me inspection photos once completed. He explained everything clearly, shared helpful tips, and genuinely treated the house as if it were his own. Chris completely changed my perspective of Critter One. If this level of service is what I can expect going forward, I feel confident continuing to work with them. Very pleased with today’s visit and highly recommend — especially if you get Chris.

I had an issue with raccoons in my attic. I was impressed with Critter One from start to finish. Everyone was very professional. Communication with this company throughout this process was A+. Landon Mann was the onsite lead on my project and he went above and beyond in taking care of everything and keeping me aware of progress. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Critter One!.

Called because we had a squirrel problem in the attic. Joey, one of their reps, showed up and gave us a concise plan on what it will take and cost to deal with the situation. He explained everything perfectly and made sure no questions were unanswered. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Mike, the technician, later come in to do the treatment. Mike is concise very confident and extremely polite. He took care of any concerns or questions we had. He went over every detail of the plan and again was extremely patient and concise. This company is doing everything right. The prices are reasonable, they don't hide anything and the work they do is done with pride and care. Highly recommend them. Thank you guys for working with us and we defiantly appreciate your hard work and commitment to doing work right!

Chris Ramon did a fantastic job for us. They did the work promised. Then a year later we had some concerns they honored their warranty and came back and did more work. Chris came out ensured us he would take care of the mice and he did! Amazing job amazing explanation! Will recommend again.

In my opinion, Critter One is the best choice for raccoon control in San Antonio, hands down. We had raccoons breaking into our attic through the chimney. Aidan, the technician, impressed us with his professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency.
