Incredibly disappointed by Critter One. It seems that they may be suffering from untrustworthy employees. My wife and I had initially used critter one for pest removal in our attic of our new home in late fall early winter of 2025. Service was not cheap, about $2500 dollars, but if it works that’s fine. Problem is, we are still seeing pest droppings in our insulation so something is either still in the attic or getting in the attic. We set up an appointment with critter one to come and check the problem on Wednesday, 5/13/26 with the technician Miguel to come between 8-10am. My wife and I either had to take off work/work remote to accommodate for the appointment. The morning rolls around, with me sitting in the living room working, and the critter one truck rolls up and parks near our driveway. No tech gets out of the car, they wait maybe 2 minutes at most, and then we get a text saying our service is complete as the truck drives away. We call the office, and Miguel purportedly states that he “rang the doorbell and called” which is patently false. He never got out of his vehicle and we received no calls once he was here. The front office asked if they could have Miguel come back, and obviously I’m not going to have a liar come back into my home. If we wanted someone else we would have to reschedule and take more time away from our work, despite the work that should have already been completed today. This is incredibly aggravating and appears to be a way of getting around honoring a warranty. I hope this review helps others stay away from deceptive business practices. Don’t know whether it’s the company or just a bad apple employee, but unacceptable nonetheless. EDIT: Still incredibly disappointed with Critter One as their response to my review is deflective and untruthful. I certainly hope they take concerns like this seriously, as I most certainly do. I've attached the call log for my wife and myself here, redacted for business contacts and personal contacts. As anyone can see, we have zero incoming calls from anyone today. the only calls we made today were outgoing calls to Critter One after their employee blew us off. How this company has "reviewed their records" to show that their employee called, when our own call records prove that such statements are completely false is beyond me. But oh well, there are other ways to deal with deceptive practices. If they want to reach out to us directly to make it right, they can.

I had an issue with raccoons in my attic. I was impressed with Critter One from start to finish. Everyone was very professional. Communication with this company throughout this process was A+. Landon Mann was the onsite lead on my project and he went above and beyond in taking care of everything and keeping me aware of progress. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Critter One!.

If I could give 0 stars I would Extremely rude and dishonest company, except for the girls who answer the phones they were really nice. Work was very poor, nothing accomplished and a month later still have racoons in attic, Asked for a refund for work not done and they offer a 3rd of it back even though racoons are still there tearing up my attic and work not done. They claim they removed racoons but unless the racoons have a vacant house list they check they are still there. Do Not recommend this company. Asked for photo proof that they were there and of what they were doing and received nothing.

Chris Ramon did a fantastic job for us. They did the work promised. Then a year later we had some concerns they honored their warranty and came back and did more work. Chris came out ensured us he would take care of the mice and he did! Amazing job amazing explanation! Will recommend again.

We hired Critters One to seal entry of the squirrels that are getting in through the addict . My elderly husband paid $2088.00 Critters to take care of sealing the entireies. We have to hire another company to come and do the job.As elderly customers, we relied on your company to handle the issue professionally and thoroughly, unfortunately, the squirrels were not removed, and the problem was not resolved,despite full payment. We trusted your company to take care of the problem. We had another company come in and we're told that the job was not done. I wonder how my elderly people they have taken advantage of. We will be providing the photos of the job that was never done. " This is a horrible company they are dishonest." This is for the elderly people please becareful. The manger Austin said they do not provide any type of warranty one of employees Michael told my husband that the company did have warranties. This is the way they get out of providing warranties to the elderly paying customers. On May 1st ,I text Austin the manager giving him an opportunity to fix the issue. We did not hired Critters the first.time. Critters was here a year ago just to give us a estimate. I wanted the elderly people to be aware of Critters and the job was not completed as paying customes . I do not want Critters to take Advantage of the elderly. We have pictures to proof it. They will be coming out soon!! Instead of trying to fix the problem that your company caused, you are being argumentative, it just shows how unprofessional you are.
