⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience with Critter Control! I cannot say enough good things about Critter Control and their team. From the very beginning, the response was extremely fast and professional. Ms. Kolbie came out and was absolutely wonderful. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job communicating throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk us through what was happening, explain what might need to be done, answer our questions, and make sure we understood the next steps. Her communication and customer service truly stood out. The response time from Critter Control was outstanding. By 8:30 the very next morning, the crew was already here getting the job done. Alvaro came and knocked on the door to let us know they had arrived, which was greatly appreciated. The entire crew was extremely professional, respectful, and got straight to work. They showed great attention to detail and made us feel confident that we were in good hands. It is refreshing to see a company that truly values customer service, communication, and getting the job done efficiently. We are very grateful for Ms. Kolbie, Alvaro, and the entire Critter Control team for their quick response and excellent work. Highly recommend them to anyone needing help with wildlife or pest issues!

This has been an absolute nightmare experience. Ryan is a very good salesman but once they have your money, everything goes downhill. They are disrespectful of personal property, violate safety regulations, not only for themselves but the customers as well. PPE is considered optional. They made a massive mess spilling out loose insulation all over my closet. Threw loose insulation in my trash can that I didn’t find til the next morning. Tracked mud all over my freshly painted deck. The problem of roof rats persists. When I asked for a refund because the problem has not been solved and I have paid them $5000 they say well it’s a process and it’ll take a while. Of course they want to send a “warranty team” out. I just want a refund and to find a company that will actually perform the job

We have been using Critter Control for my company for over a year, originally they sent Kolbie out to do an inspection and she was very knowledgable. She took her time looking through all 5 of our warehouses, top to bottom and didn’t miss any activity going on. She talked us through all of our options, and took her time explaining the difference in services and warranty. We also all thought it was awesome that they have a woman in this field climbing in attics since it’s something you don’t see everyday! She wrote up a proposal before she ever left the property and we were scheduled to start on going services for raccoons and bugs. Philip has been the employee who’s always come out to spray, and he doesn’t just skim through our pest control, he makes sure he sprays everywhere he can, does a great job, and he’s picked up raccoons in cages very quickly when captured. Overall, we have an outstanding experience with critter control, anytime we’re experiencing more critter/pest issues, we call Kaila in the office and she is quick to schedule someone to come out and take care of us. I would absolutely recommend Kolbie and this company 100 times over! Thank you Critter Control!

This is my second review of Critter Control, and things have only gotten worse. Despite repeated requests, I never heard from a manager until I posted a negative review online. Even after that, the company’s performance remained unacceptable. Scheduled appointments were canceled last-minute or mishandled, with teams showing up hours early or not at all—and without notice. When they finally showed up to fix earlier damage, they caused new issues, including broken items in my attic and dents in my brand-new gutters—right after I had specifically asked them to be careful. The tech even asked to borrow my ladder before damaging the gutters with his own. Once again, I asked for a manager to contact me. As of 7 PM, no one has. The lack of communication, accountability, and care for customers’ time and property is beyond frustrating. I regret ever hiring this company and wish I could get my money back. Avoid Critter Control at all costs.

Julien was very very thorough and very well informed. and very helpful 2/19 update : the job was done fairly well. but im.downgrading my rating to.2 stars because they did not fully remove insulation over my garage which was the whole.reason I first reached out. I wanted to simply remove and replace my garage drywall because it was stained with racoon urine and faeces but eventually Julien found the entire attic was affected. So i obliged and we went with the $11k job. Except that I still ended up eating rotten insulation after all was said and done and no response whatsoever from CC. Because they are busy, or have already been paid and is no longer their problem. Unfortunate.
