The warranty is a MAJOR LIE. Paid thousands of dollars and promised a warranty and a guarantee only to realize 3 days later they didn’t solve anything. When I tried calling to reschedule a second pass through they have consistently cancelled or completely stood me up with a no show WAISTING my time. It all started with the service crew, they told me they couldn’t finish the full service and were running late but could return if they missed something. They 100% did MISS EVERYTHING. Their customer service people is a 3rd party and seems to be overseas. They didn’t even call to cancel they straight up no show! DONT RECOMMEND!

Everything and everyone is great until they collect your money and leave. I paid for the service, they came, performed most of the service, I paid, they never came back. They left a recording device in the attic to monitor animal activity after the work was "complete" and left exit trap(s) for any remaining animals to exit. They were supposed to come back 2 weeks later, to remove the exit traps and paint all the siding they patched to match the home. They claimed all entry points in the attic and the crawl space were sealed and a trap was not needed for crawl space. That was in December. Apparently 2 weeks has not come as yet. The service also came with a 10 year warranty. I've been calling these people to come back since April when I heard animal(s) scurrying around my crawl space. Then, a month later I heard the galloping of foot prints in my attic. Multiple calls later, I can't get anyone to call me back to address the incomplete work or deal with the fact that there are still entry points open somewhere since the squirrel/raccoon/pest problem remains. They have admin assistance that just take your information and state someone will call you back. The only problem is no one ever calls you back. Save the thousands of dollars this service costs and go with another company. A warranty is useless if you can't get the service provider to respond or address your issues.

Wonderful encounter from start to finish! Richard was prompt, gave appropriate timeframe of when we could expect him to arrive. Upon his arrival he gave us a thorough walkthrough of what he would be doing. After his inspection of our attic and the exterior he provided us with full detail of what is going on and possible next steps. I appreciate his honesty and not trying to mislead us. Would absolutely recommend “Critter Control”

This is my second review of Critter Control, and things have only gotten worse. Despite repeated requests, I never heard from a manager until I posted a negative review online. Even after that, the company’s performance remained unacceptable. Scheduled appointments were canceled last-minute or mishandled, with teams showing up hours early or not at all—and without notice. When they finally showed up to fix earlier damage, they caused new issues, including broken items in my attic and dents in my brand-new gutters—right after I had specifically asked them to be careful. The tech even asked to borrow my ladder before damaging the gutters with his own. Once again, I asked for a manager to contact me. As of 7 PM, no one has. The lack of communication, accountability, and care for customers’ time and property is beyond frustrating. I regret ever hiring this company and wish I could get my money back. Avoid Critter Control at all costs.

Dustin came in and did an inspection on our home. Very knowledgeable professional. He was very thorough with educating my family about our home and how to protect it. He did us a solid and we trust that our home will stay protected.
