I used these guys for about two years, specifically Branch 5933 (Collin B.). They were ok, nothing great, but not bad either. A few months ago, I got a bill with a 9% increase...so i called them up and canceled my service - basically said I wasn't interested in renewing my contact. The person I talked to said fine, etc. Well fast forward a few months and not a week goes by that I don't get an email bill from them and even physical mail bills saying to pay. Once Collin B. replied and said he'd take care of it and we'll he didn't. I don't know how to stop getting bills from them. It's borderline harassment. Suggest you find another company to take care of your critters...there are 100s in the area. This one is not good. Update on 6/25 - I had a call and email from the manager assuring me this has been take care of. So I bumped my rating up to three stars. Again my issue was never with the actual service, just trying to stop the service.

Wonderful encounter from start to finish! Richard was prompt, gave appropriate timeframe of when we could expect him to arrive. Upon his arrival he gave us a thorough walkthrough of what he would be doing. After his inspection of our attic and the exterior he provided us with full detail of what is going on and possible next steps. I appreciate his honesty and not trying to mislead us. Would absolutely recommend “Critter Control”

This has been an absolute nightmare experience. Ryan is a very good salesman but once they have your money, everything goes downhill. They are disrespectful of personal property, violate safety regulations, not only for themselves but the customers as well. PPE is considered optional. They made a massive mess spilling out loose insulation all over my closet. Threw loose insulation in my trash can that I didn’t find til the next morning. Tracked mud all over my freshly painted deck. The problem of roof rats persists. When I asked for a refund because the problem has not been solved and I have paid them $5000 they say well it’s a process and it’ll take a while. Of course they want to send a “warranty team” out. I just want a refund and to find a company that will actually perform the job

We have been using Critter Control for my company for over a year, originally they sent Kolbie out to do an inspection and she was very knowledgable. She took her time looking through all 5 of our warehouses, top to bottom and didn’t miss any activity going on. She talked us through all of our options, and took her time explaining the difference in services and warranty. We also all thought it was awesome that they have a woman in this field climbing in attics since it’s something you don’t see everyday! She wrote up a proposal before she ever left the property and we were scheduled to start on going services for raccoons and bugs. Philip has been the employee who’s always come out to spray, and he doesn’t just skim through our pest control, he makes sure he sprays everywhere he can, does a great job, and he’s picked up raccoons in cages very quickly when captured. Overall, we have an outstanding experience with critter control, anytime we’re experiencing more critter/pest issues, we call Kaila in the office and she is quick to schedule someone to come out and take care of us. I would absolutely recommend Kolbie and this company 100 times over! Thank you Critter Control!

I called Critter Control to get a quote for removal of bees under the siding of my house. The dispatcher was very helpful and scheduled Phillip Moreland to come out. Phillip discussed our options and treated the area. He even took care of some wasps nests as part of the service. Evidently, there were more bees than anticipated so a second visit was required. Frank did another treatment and even offered to return again if that didn't handle the problem. Bees are gone and was able to have my windows installed on time. Frank was very diligent and professional as well as friendly. An excellent experience for a somewhat difficult situation. Good job Frank!
