"Since Caleb left your company I have had numerous techs, none of whom seem to be as knowledgeable & thorough in their work . My house is just outside spraying & cking the mouse traps & removing any dead ones & filling the bait stations. The old farmhouse is inside & out. Setting mouse traps & outside bait stations . Often time the dead mice are left in the inside traps which does not lend itself to correcting the problem"

"We had a terrible problem with rats under our house chewing the insulation and some of the younger rats were getting in the walls. It was very creepy to hear them during the night. TruTech Wildlife came out and got rid of them. Now they come once a month for rodent and bug control. We've had no problems whatsoever since we've been using them."

"They were great, but over the time that we were with them, there was so much turnover in the technicians. They were all kind, generous, and seemed knowledgeable. There was no consistency. When a new person came, we had to start from ground zero. Over time, we had given the first consistent technician a key to our house. In the process of turnover over the next few years, that key was lost and we never got it back."
