“We had a drain that was not draining, so we had them fix that. They were so clean, smiley, kind, and good. I'd give them an A, though I'm going to have to see how recommending them goes after it rains really hard a few times. We have a drought going on, and there's been no rain to speak of for a long time.”
“They were protecting the outside of the foundation. They did good work.”
“It was a very positive experience, and we were very pleased with their work. They did the whole basement. They dug it all up and transformed the basement. I think they're an A overall.”

“I used them for waterproofing my basement. It was excellent—I didn't have any complaints.”
“I like the fact that my basement hasn't leaked from the side they did the work on—that was the principal problem. We had groundwater getting in through the front of the house, and they devised a solution with a trench and a sump pump that solved the problem for us. The gentleman that worked with us was very attentive and competent. We were looking to solve a problem, and Value Dry Waterproofing did that. ”
“They are very good—they did an excellent job.”
“They were Johnny-on-the-spot when they said they would be here, and as far as I know, it's completely waterproof. They waterproofed the entire lower portion of my basement and storage area. They did a trench all the way around it and put pipes and two sump pumps in. When my basement was wet, I just called around, and Value Dry Waterproofing came out and told me very positive things. I said, 'OK, I'll go with you.' It's a very good job, so it's an A for them.”
“The work was done within the time specifications that we got from them, and everything was done professionally within the budget. They did a French drain around the basement with a battery backup sump pump.”

“The work was done quickly and efficiently. It's been a very wet year, but based on what we've seen, the product seems to have worked. They put a drainage system in our finished basement. I think Value Dry Waterproofing gets an A.”
“Value Dry did crawl space waterproofing and encapsulation. They did what they said they were going to do, and I liked the way they proposed to do the job as opposed to some other companies. Their customer service was fine. I would give them an A.”
“They did everything that they said they would do, and anything that there was any issue with, they went back, reviewed it, and took care of it—no questions asked. They installed interior perimeter drains. I'm a contractor myself, and I've dealt with a lot of these companies, but Value Dry was interested in solving the problem, not just selling me what they do.”
“They were fast, they cleaned up nicely after they were done, and they told me everything they were going to do. They waterproofed one entire wall of the basement. They just seemed very competent, so I chose them. I would say A.”
“Everything went well; we didn't have any problems at all. Their customer service was good. They waterproofed my basement. They were a referral from a friend.”

“They were great. They were very quick, they did the job for the price they quoted, and they had a great presentation. They waterproofed a wall in our basement and installed a sump pump. Their customer service was very good. When we called, we had an appointment that day to do the presentation, and there were a number of financing options, so it worked out really well. ”
“It was fine. They fixed the problem and did what they said they would do. They got in here, did the job, and left. They repaired the foundation, removed mold, waterproofed, and did gutters. It took a week. Our church used them—several churches in our area have used them, and so have several other businesses; that's how I found them.”
“Value Dry had lovely customer service and did exquisite work; everything was beyond my expectations. They made my wet garage into a dry garage. I liked the professionalism of the representative, and everything was exactly how they said it would be. They're definitely an A+ company.”

They were really fast and professional, and we haven't had a problem since. I would recommend the company; I told a couple of my friends about them. They did an A-level job—it is the best.”
“Value Dry waterproofed my basement, and whatever they did was fine. They pretty much did everything they said they would. I didn't have any problems with the basement leaking any longer. The customer service was excellent. I will recommend them if I have to. I would give them an A.”
“They put a sump pump in, and we didn't have any issues with that. Their customer service was exceptional. They were thorough, clean, professional, and very informative. We would give them 100 percent, plus. They get an A, and I would recommend them.”
“They encapsulated the basement. There was a smell that was very pronounced, so they actually had to put a venting system under the plastic. There was more work involved, but they did it. I think it was mostly the follow-up that I liked. There were some problems, and they were very forthcoming trying to solve them and work with me—that was important to me. They seem to have solved the problems because so far, it's been good. I would recommend them. I would say they are excellent, and I have no complaints. They deserve an A grade.”
“They did a crawl space underneath the house for me, which was a very difficult job because it wasn't a very big crawl space. I would give a good recommendation to Value Dry anytime because I liked basically everything. They were a great company to work with, and the guys who work for them are great. They came out with flying colors—A+.”
“They replaced my sump pump, put in a French drain outside my back door, and diverted some of the water from my downspouts by extending the drainage. They did some waterproofing in my basement as well. I liked everything; I had no issues whatsoever. They did really good work, and they were prompt, very clean, and very efficient. I would absolutely recommend them, and I would give them an A+.”
“The crawl space had to be insulated and waterproofed. I haven't had any issues since then. They were very courteous, and their customer service was very good. They explained things, and even though I wasn't able to go around, they were able to take photographs and videos of the whole area. It looked good. I'd recommend them. They're an A+ company.”
“It was fine. We haven't had any problems. They came out when they said they would, and they got it done on time. The subcontracted guy they hired to do the carpentry did a good job and told me how to do the painting correctly myself. He said not to skip this and to do this. I felt that was very good. They did a good, A+ job.”
“I would give Value Dry Waterproofing an A+ rating.”
“It was a big job. I had a leak through the window. They had to cut the tile in the wall, install two sump pumps, put the drain outside, and everything. I haven't had a problem since. It took a long time because they were far from me, but they were very good. I have no complaints. The person who was actually doing the work had some kind of family problem or something and had to go out of town, but when he came back, everything was great. I recommend them all the time. I would rate them as an A.”
“I'd give Value Dry Waterproofing an A grade.”
“Value Dry waterproofed a basement. They were in and out in a few days, and they were very clean. Their professionalism is what I liked, and their customer service was very good, also. They didn't force me into buying their products. I'd recommend them, and I'd give them an A.”

“They did waterproofing. It has been really good. I did not have any issues after that, and we've had some heavy rains. They were very efficient. The starting date they gave us was the date they started, and when they came in, they described everything they were going to do. They told us how long they were going to be, and they took that amount of time. They cleaned up really well. I would recommend the company, and I would give them an A.”
“It was basement waterproofing. They arrived on time and did the job that they told me they would do. It was clean. Their customer service at the time was great. I would recommend Value Dry, and I would grade them as an A.”
“It was a crawl space, so it was really hard to get into. We knew it wouldn't be an easy or clean job. There was old insulation and stuff like that down there, and they cleaned all that out. It was a very unpleasant job, but they never complained. They did a great job. I liked the way that what they were going to do was explained to us. I liked that they cleaned up after themselves, and that they did what they said they were going to do in the time frame they said they would. We were doing it to sell the house. It passed inspection, and the new buyers liked it, so it was a good experience, all around. I would recommend them, and I would use them again if I needed them. They deserve an A.”
“It was basement waterproofing. They were very efficient; it was over in a few days. They are going to have come back and move one of the cleanouts they put in there because I had some work done in an inconvenient place in the basement. They were fine. I'd give them an A, and I would recommend them.”
“Value Dry Waterproofing has done some work for us. I'd rate them as an A.”

“They put in the sump pump for me, and I had absolutely no problems. The man came, took the old pump out, and put the new one in. He cleaned up and all that business. I paid the bill. There was no follow-up because everything is working fine. I'd recommend them. I would give them an A; they did good work.”

“They fixed our leaky basement and waterproofed it. They did a great job, so they didn't have to follow up. We've had no issues so far. Their customer service was very good. They showed up on time, explained what they were doing, and did it. I haven't recommended them, but I would. The company gets an A from me.”
“They did some waterproofing in my crawl space for me. It was fine; they did a good job. They did what they said they would do, and their customer service was very good. They were very neat and left the job in very good condition. I would recommend them, and I'd give them an A grade.”

“They redid the drainage in my basement. They delivered what they said they were going to deliver, so I can't complain about anything. I haven't had any issues. I would recommend them. I would give them an A-.”
“I thought their product was good and installed well. It was a sump pump with a French drain. They did touch-up work after they did some destroying to put their product in. They had to come back and put things fully back where they were, and we needed some drywall. I would recommend them. I thought their customer service was pretty good. I would rate them as an A-.”
“They did a thorough inspection, and they itemized everything that had to be done. Instead of doing half the basement, they did the whole basement; they told me what could happen if I didn't. They did the waterproofing, which included the trenching and the sump pump installation. They redid my dry wall and the steps, and the guy prepped the painting. I haven't had any issues with their services. I took a look at several vendors. I had some questions, but only because I don't know anything about sump pumps. I called them, and they immediately got back to me. They were very up-front about what had to be done, and they told me the pricing at that time. My warranty is close to a year. They also told me they had a maintenance plan that I could get involved in if I was not comfortable flushing the lines and doing certain things. I would give them an A grade.”
“I love Value Dry. They waterproofed my basement. I can't tell you how wonderful they were. We also had a little mold issue that they fixed, too. They were phenomenal, and they did a great job. Everything was perfect. The technicians were really, really nice. We've recommended them to our neighbor. They're an A+.”

“I liked everything about Value Dry. They waterproofed my basement. We haven't had any issues since, and their customer service was amazing.”
“I would give Value Dry a ten out of ten. They were awesome.”
“I was super pleased with Value Dry. They did everything they said they were going to do. They got here on time, and they did the job they said they were going to do. They cleaned up behind themselves, and everything works. It was basic waterproofing. We did have to call them back just because we weren't sure how the back-up pump works, but that was all—just a clarification. There wasn't any problem. They deserve an A+.”
“The salesperson was very thorough. He answered all of our questions, and he was very professional. Basically, we had met with several companies, and I just felt like Value Dry seemed to be very ethical, plus I liked their approach. They're an A+—excellent.”
“The guy was extremely thorough. He went over everything with me over and over again. He expressed everything that probably needs to be done, which nobody's ever taken the time to do. I was actually going to call them this next week to see if I could get a quote for a French drain or something like that. I had a really good experience—A+.”
“The service was great, and the gentlemen who came out were fantastic. They really could not have been a better crew, and they've come out here twice to do work. I've had more work done since the first time. The work was very professional. They were thorough, and they did the job in the time period that they said, so they were honest and timely. No matter how good your service is, if the product doesn't work, you're going to be upset, and it works, so I feel like I got what I paid for. I'd give them a double A+.”
“Everything was good. They did what they said they were going to do, and they were all done in one day. That was good. They knew what they were doing, and they kept everything clean and everything. I haven't had to call them back since then, so I would say it was excellent.”
“Everything went OK. The work was good. They pretty much just put some plastic up on the wall. They dug a trench around the flue, buried the plastic, put some piping down there for the water to flow, and installed the sump pump. I'd probably give them an A.”
“The garage is dry, so I feel like I got what I paid for. Their work was terrific. They dug a trench three quarters of the way around the garage, which empties into a cistern with a pump, and the pump expels the water. One day, I had to call them back for some advice, which I got quickly over the phone, and it solved the problem. They should certainly get an A.”
“They were one of the best companies I've ever had work for us. The level of customer service and how quickly they're able to do the job really stood out. It was quality work. They did internal excavation, a French drain, insulation, a sump pump, a battery backup installation, a vapor wall, a vapor barrier, and drywall reconstruction. I haven't had to call them back for anything since. I would give them an A.”
“We had water damage, so they were able to fix that at the side of the basement, and then we have a sump pump they put a cover on. We haven't had any problems with it at all. It wasn't the whole basement since we're attached to another home on one side, but they did the majority of it. So far, so good—I'd give them an A+. I would recommend this company to others.”
“They ensured that the job was done right. The job was to run downspouts away from the house and also to create a water barrier on one of my sidewalks. They get an A+.”
“They're in and out, clean, and accurate. They said what they were going to do, and they did it. They were in and out in a very short time. They had to tear out all the drywall—pretty much get down to the bare, concrete floor—and then pull all that back. I've seen and done drywall myself, and there's an art to it. They got seams, and you couldn't really even see where it started and ended—A+.”
“Everything went fine. It was quick, and it fixed the job. It was just, like, a wall and a half that was belowground where they sealed the leak. I haven't had to call them back regarding that since they did the work. I'd say they're an A+.”
“I like that the guy they sent out to help us figure out what the problem was came up with the solution. He was absolutely intelligent, knew what he was doing, came up with a plan that night, and got started implementing it right away. Underneath our living room, we have a crawl space that's a concrete floor, but we'd been having some color changes under there, and we were worried about mold issues. So Value Dry came and installed a fan system there to help keep it dry. I haven't had to call them back about anything. They get an A+.”
“They did a great job. They came in, assessed the issue, found the problem, had the work finished in a couple of days, and cleaned up really well. From the beginning to the end, they did a great job, and it works. They put a waterproofing system in our basement. It's a drainage system with a sump pump and drain tiles, and there was a cleaning system involved in it; it cleans with draining tiles. I'd give them an A. I'd definitely use them again.”
“The work was really good, and they were able to fix the problem that I had. Basically, they fixed the drain in the back of my walk-up basement, so it doesn't back up into the door anymore. They put a new drain in, and I have not had to call them back for anything since. They deserve an A.”
“Everything went very well. It was definitely a positive experience overall. They did what they said they were going to do, and it seems to have worked. I feel I got what I paid for. They waterproofed, they put in drains, and they took care of everything that needed to be taken care of—got the water out of the crawl space. I would give them an A.”
“They did a sump pump. They were on time, they did a good job, and they have been really good with any follow-up work. There's nothing I feel they can improve. I'd say they're an A.”
“Everything went fine. They kept us really informed. The guy who came out just really seemed to know about everything and kept us informed about what our options were and how things would work. It was without an issue, so that's usually a good thing nowadays. They're definitely an A.”
“The work was professionally done. It was just standard waterproofing. I interviewed a bunch of people, and the guy who came out from Value Dry seemed to know what he was doing. I haven't had to call them back since the work was complete. They're an A.”
“They did our basement, and they did a great job. I'd give it a plus; it was positive. I'm happy. I'd give them an A.”
“It was good. I haven't put the rest of my basement back together, but the system is in, and it works. We've had several huge rains and haven't had any issues. They were very professional. They came in, and they did what they said they were going to do. They did it in the time line they said they were going to do it and had no issues. I guess it was pretty much what they would consider standard; they came in, trenched, and put in their system along three quarters of my basement where I was having water issues. I'll give them an A.”
“It was fine. It was a positive experience. They're hard workers. They kind of picked the hottest day, but I don't think it was their choice, and they got it done. I haven't had to call them back since the work was completed. I would say they're an A.”
“It went fine. It was a little longer than we anticipated because things were uncovered, but all in all, it went great. We've not had any problems since. It was basically removing drywall and removing carpet and cabinets and some of the countertops and insulation—everything. They would get an A.”
