ROOFING JOB, NY. I would strongly recommend the Erie Home Roofing company. They came toy house looked at our roof visually and with a drone. The inspector came inside looked in the attic and pointed out the roof was in need of repair. Set up financing that we could afford and explained all of it in great detail. My roof needed new plywood on all sections of my roof. Ice and water shield was applied. Their synthetic underlayment was installed and their 40 year architectural shingles were installed over it. I asked that they remove an old existing tall standing metal vent that was leaking water into out home. Without hesitation, they removed it. The workers were at my house from 7am to 4:30pm. The entire job was complete. Their crew took extra care to clean up all debris from the job that had fallen to the ground that was collected with tarps. Mind you its now December and a wicked cold front is passing through as I write this and this mornings temperature at 7am was 6 degrees outside. The 5 or 6 workers installing my new roof in this cold weather, you have my respect and I'll recommend your company to my family members and friends. You have earned my future business! Considering that I picked Erie Home from a facebook page… things could have gone badly & fast. I had been putting off getting the roof done. I feel really lucky. The ad was well laid out & has enough information to make me want to know more & get a quote. Erie Home has been great to deal with. Shane was easy to talk with & I didn’t feel like it was a game & they just wanted to get the most money possible from me. We talked about materials & options, we came up with a plan that got what I needed & could afford. I then found that same respect & attitude with everyone I had contact with. Then the roofers arrived on installation day. They started right on time (7 am) & were done & cleaned up by 4:30. One of my neighbors asked if they were going to be back the the next day. When I said they were done she was surprised & said “really?”. I couldn’t be happier with Erie Home & will definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering getting roofing done. I only wish they did other home improvements too.

The experience with the sales person and people with Erie Home was great. The sales man was able to work with my budget, while demonstrating a superior roofing system. The installation crew were great as well and were able to complete the entire roof in a single day. Language difference between myself and the crew made communication a little difficult, but a member of the crew was able to translate fairly effectively.

Erie Home did an excellent job from beginning to end with my roof. The team from the start was very personable. They kept in contact and we got the roof going within 2 weeks. Everything was cleaned up beautifully and I would recommend them everytime Someone needs a roof that is insured and doesn't have to be done again for another 30 years plus!

We've had our roof on the list of work needed to be done. I did our roof myself, 20+ years ago. I was just avoiding doing a new one. After a few wind storms, and replacing shingles, a door to door rep happened to catch us at home so we set up a quote. The sales reps were great, pleasant and knew their product. I was aware of the product I currently had. Myself and the reps laid out a plan that was reasonable and in budget. Within a week there were calls from Erie and we set up an installation date. A few days later the product was in our driveway. Aside from inclement weather, our new roof was under 2 weeks from walk in to final inspection with the 2.5 day install. Erie was courteous and reassuring. The install crew battled some harsh winds and some product and old roof did blow around the property. That part was pretty messy. With shorter days as well the crew had less daylight. My only concern was the crew did leave an array of loose/old nails around the property but the crew lead returned to scour the property with magnet rollers and picked up any loose debris. This normally wouldnt be too big of a deal, but we do run a small business in front of the home. I'm looking forward to one less job to do and a winter without worrying about losing shingles . 4 of 5 stars. It wasn't pristine perfect due to weather but I can't give 5 stars unless I witnessed the install under better weather conditions with less mess. And until I see how the roof holds up this winter, I'll remain reserved.
