If I could give Erie Home negitavce stars I would!!!! PLEASE do your resherach before having Erie Home do any work on your house. I contacted them to qoute a total roof tare off. they qouted me $20,000. Buit that price was only available if I signed with them then. Otherwise the roof would have cost $28,000. You can get a new roof for far less than Erie Home will charge you by using local venders. I did not do reashearch and signed with them. The did the install in Febuary of 2026. I really felt bad for the men that were doing the install. From there on all I have nad is trouble with Erie Home. (1) the job forman was extreamly disrespecrful and argumentiave with me. (2) he left aprpxx 2 nich shingle over hang (3) I had to call the local office to get the over hang trimmed down. The forman told me thats how he has always done it. I cant belive that anyone would let him leave their house the way he tried to leave mine. When he came back to adress the uneaven ov er hang he still wanted to argue with me. Not untillhe called his boss did he trim the over hang!! 4 I am styill finding nails in my yard 5 they ripped down a pice of my sidding and this is how they called repaired. Please see the pictures of the sidding with the wires. That is how ther tried to leave my house. I had to argue with the local office to get it fixed almost correctly 7 I discovered a leak in my porch area. I went to the local office to voice my concerns. They sent some one out with in a hour and they found where the leak was comming from. Thedinstallers did not put flushing the lenght of the porch roof allowing for water to enter thporch roof and enter my house. See roof pictures of the roof area where they did not install enough flushing. They said that they will repair this along with a number of other issues. My problem now is I have no confidence in the $20,000 roof I just had installed. How long will it be before theres another leak?? How much damange is there to my walls?? I had to ersonaly go to the local office to discuss these issues and express my concererns after sending text messages to the contact numbers I had. I was did I call the corporate office? If you have an appointment with Erie Home cancel it ASAP get other qoutes from local venders. If I could afford it I would get my roof redone!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ERIE HOME tO ANYONE!!!!!

ROOFING JOB, NY. I would strongly recommend the Erie Home Roofing company. They came toy house looked at our roof visually and with a drone. The inspector came inside looked in the attic and pointed out the roof was in need of repair. Set up financing that we could afford and explained all of it in great detail. My roof needed new plywood on all sections of my roof. Ice and water shield was applied. Their synthetic underlayment was installed and their 40 year architectural shingles were installed over it. I asked that they remove an old existing tall standing metal vent that was leaking water into out home. Without hesitation, they removed it. The workers were at my house from 7am to 4:30pm. The entire job was complete. Their crew took extra care to clean up all debris from the job that had fallen to the ground that was collected with tarps. Mind you its now December and a wicked cold front is passing through as I write this and this mornings temperature at 7am was 6 degrees outside. The 5 or 6 workers installing my new roof in this cold weather, you have my respect and I'll recommend your company to my family members and friends. You have earned my future business! Considering that I picked Erie Home from a facebook page… things could have gone badly & fast. I had been putting off getting the roof done. I feel really lucky. The ad was well laid out & has enough information to make me want to know more & get a quote. Erie Home has been great to deal with. Shane was easy to talk with & I didn’t feel like it was a game & they just wanted to get the most money possible from me. We talked about materials & options, we came up with a plan that got what I needed & could afford. I then found that same respect & attitude with everyone I had contact with. Then the roofers arrived on installation day. They started right on time (7 am) & were done & cleaned up by 4:30. One of my neighbors asked if they were going to be back the the next day. When I said they were done she was surprised & said “really?”. I couldn’t be happier with Erie Home & will definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering getting roofing done. I only wish they did other home improvements too.

The workmen, application, and quality of materials were excellent. They were very helpful with any thing I needed to know. They cleaned up the area and took care to double check for nails or other debris. They went over all the details that were needed and explained what was the best way to fix a situation.. I know the price seemed high but materials have gone up. All over they did an excellent job.

Where to begin? When Erie responds to a review to contact their sales department for deposit return, good luck. They do not respond to calls, emails or other attempts. They are good about getting a foot in the door and selling. They borderline on criminal activity when they take and keep what is promised to be returned. I would rather sleep in a tent in the Mets parking lot, then let them near our property again-lesson learned. Please Erie, don't respond to this with a number to call, and if they do reply, that'll be a first for us.
