John’s Waterproofing was great. They worked fast, were clean with their work and very professional. They placed helical piers for our foundation, created better drainage around the house and cleaned up our crawl space. I’d highly recommend their services, both crews Avori, Louis, and Israel, and Francisco and his team were great to work with.

Johns Waterproofing did a really good professional job under our house in our crawl space. I has water seep under my house through the vents a couple months ago. The company put in 2 sump pumps, lay plastic coverings, drainage pipes, and electrical, and it looks great! They did a really good job! My house stays warmer now. It looks real nice. Thank you so much! Good company!

just had some excellent work done by John’s Waterproofing. They made my crawlspace look great with a new sump pump new plastic. Also stabilize my foundation and took care of the disturbed soil and clay afterwards when my place looks great. Very professional and a good communication really knew what they were doing. I can’t say enough about these guys. They were really good. The crew included Avori, Louie and Kolby.

These people will try to scam you for every penny they can get. They originally did a 11k job in my crawl space, come to find out the work was not done properly, some other guy came out and "fixed" the lining to the crawl space walls. Then, a year later another guy comes out and tries to sell me a 16K job as an "upgrade" to my original 11k. I do not recommend this company at all.

I had Jacob out to inspect my crawlspace, ended up being a plumbing issue so they scheduled the Plumber instead. Working with Kayla made it super easy to get it all scheduled and handled. I would recommend John’s Waterproofing for your plumbing needs.
