just had some excellent work done by John’s Waterproofing. They made my crawlspace look great with a new sump pump new plastic. Also stabilize my foundation and took care of the disturbed soil and clay afterwards when my place looks great. Very professional and a good communication really knew what they were doing. I can’t say enough about these guys. They were really good. The crew included Avori, Louie and Kolby.

John’s Waterproofing was great. They worked fast, were clean with their work and very professional. They placed helical piers for our foundation, created better drainage around the house and cleaned up our crawl space. I’d highly recommend their services, both crews Avori, Louis, and Israel, and Francisco and his team were great to work with.

We had a very positive experience with the electrical crew from John's Waterproofing. They were here to wire our new sump pumps, and while working on the panel, noticed a failed breaker for our A/C unit. It happened to arc whole he was right here, and I feel so fortunate that they were able to identify the problem, reroute the breaker to an open spot, and label both correctly. Who knows what kind of trouble he may have prevented? Very appreciative of the attention to detail I have seen throughout the process. Great full service company!

Randy our service tech was professional and detailed oriented. Once the service was completed he showed photos of the drain line before & after verifying it had been cleaned. We have had the encapsulation for 4+ years and the crew are always respectful of our home ! So glad we had them do the encapsulation ! Kudos to Randy !! Adam A. 03/04/2026

The installation crew of Fernando, Rene and Sergio were outstanding! The arrived on time, we're friendly and worked incredibly well together. They dug out a new drain line trench, added perforated pipe, sloped it to the new sump pump and covered the area with clean membrane material. They also added some structural support beams underneath the house. They covered all of the floors and walls with plastic so as not to drag in mud from under the house. They also took videos and pictures of all the work they performed. Great job guys! I would highly recommend John's Waterproofing. Thanks for all of the hard work.
