Start to finish, a truly exceptional experience with Better Basements and Waterproofing. The flooding of our basement was truly devastating and the hours of work my wife and I had to put in seemed endless. Then, we came across Better Basements and Waterproofing, and all of that changed. Starting with Abby setting us up with a walk-through (and being so swift with all of her communication) and getting Cole to come out and assess our scope of work. Cole’s tact and care throughout this process is something that should be lauded over and over again. Cole was so thoughtful in his approach, helping me understand each stage of the work and what my wife and I could do ourselves to continue to help the process along. The day of the work came and we met Graham - damn, how lucky are we?! Graham and his crew were so thoughtful and kind, thorough and relatable, and he was truly so gracious with his time, also walking me through every phase of his team's process. Now, this may be their SOP, but Graham never made it feel that way. He made it feel as though it was his business and he wanted to ensure we were partners in this journey, paving the way to a better life for our basement. I wish I remembered the rest of the crew members names that helped, but all of them were incredibly warm and welcoming. Each of them took the time to introduce themselves and share their day with me and deserve that recognition! Dylan - you have a one-of-a-kind team and kudos to you that each one of them have a sense of camaraderie and buy-in that should be praised at every turn. Already got in touch with my Realtor and ensuring that any of his clients are sent to Better Basements and Waterproofing, moving forward. All love and good vibes to each and every one of you! We had the best experience working with the crew at Better basements to install a new sump pump and seal a large crack in our basement wall that was leaking water. The crew (Bryan, Graham, Logan, Wyatt, Ian and Jacob) were all amazing. They were polite, extremely hard working and managed to work a long 8hour day in the atmospheric river storm digging a long trench for the sump pump. Somehow they were able to do all of this while also cutting into a cement floor and wall without leaving any mud or dust behind! I can’t thank them enough! Oh and they left our yard even better than they found it! Thanks again guys! Happy holidays!

Couldn’t be more pleased with the work performed by Better Basements. Stellar performance throughout the whole process… Michael did a fantastic job providing the bid and overseeing the project through completion. The field crew was superb; they communicated with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with the work as it progressed. Thanks to the hard work of Graham, Edgar, Fernando, Martin, Jacob, and Makai, my project finished on budget, on schedule, with no safety issues, and with great quality. What more could a home owner ask for?

Dylan ( the owner) is very responsive and took the time out of his schedule to address our situation promptly. We're very impressed by the work done on our crawl space by Hector (one of his team). He was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional from start to finish. The quality of his work shows and our issue has been resolved efficiently. Graham and Ian were fantastic - showed up exactly on time, were very friendly and professional, and did a stellar job. Company in general is great to work with, got us a subcontractor for electrical at no extra cost. Highly recommended!
