Michael and Joe came out the day after I called for a repair on my humidifier. They were polite, took pics for me on an unrelated matter and fixed the problem, adding they just received updated training on error codes that morning. Great young men who were very competent. 5 stars!!!

I did preliminary research before choosing Olshan Foundation to repair my sagging, moldy foundation, here are the facts…. Olshan is a family business that’s been around since 1933, that says a lot. Brian walked me through the steps, met with me twice, and provided me with a detailed floor plan and photos of the job. Everything was laid out in detail. The onsite crew, Mario, Margarito, Domingo, Freddy, Odelia, and Joe completed the work and kept me informed during the construction phase. They actually hand scrubbed the mold off. When an issue arose I was informed and it was worked out on the spot. I am confident that I chose the right company and would recommend Olshan to anyone who needs foundation repair. ***** Five stars for OLSHAN! …..and thank you for being an honest American Company who cares.

I wanted to thank Olshan, Crew Supervisor Mario and his team Agustin, Odilia, Selvin, Malgaro and Domingo for a wonderful job. I appreciate I was listened to from the very beginning with my concerns. The team arrived on time, worked quickly, and cleaned everything up. Well worth the money, thank you for everything.

I am extremely happy with the work Olshan Foundation Repair did at my home. They were extremely quick and efficient while also being professional. Michael R. And Augustine got the job done correctly and in a timely manner! We had some obvious cracking in our brick home and needed to address the cause. We had 3 different companies come out and give their recommendations. All 3 did a good job but I was impressed with Olshan the most. Spencer came out and spent did a very thorough assessment using equipment to take multiple measurements in each room to capture any deviations. He spent over an hour in the crawl space taking measurement, and photos to assess the situation. He was easy to work with and didn’t use pushy sales tactics, which was much appreciated. We sat on the decision for the weekend and ultimately, we settled on installing 11 of their cable pier systems to stabilize the low side of the house. We are using Olshan’s finance option of a 12 months interest deferred payment plan. Shortly after getting the quote Miss Sandy called and got us on the schedule. We only had to wait for a few weeks before the work got started. Prior to the scheduled start day, both Spencer and Miss Sandy reached out to verify and go over final details. On the day the work was to begin the crew showed up right at 9am, when they said they’d be there. The foreman Dan introduced himself and the guys doing the work. He explained it may take up to 3 days to complete the work. The whole crew was very professional and worked hard completing all the work by the end of the second day. They did a fantastic job working hard in the relentless Tennessee heat. They completed the work ahead of schedule, taking care of the landscaping throughout the process. They moved the ornamental grass and mulch out of the way and replanted/spreading the mulch back where you can barely tell they had dug the holes. They spread dirt to help repair parts of the yard that were slightly damage from the small excavator used for some of the digging. Mario, Domingo, Freddy, Margarito, Dan and Joe all did a fantastic job and communicated and small things that came up throughout the job. Of the 11 holes (all needed a fair amount of digging by hand) 3 of them were complete dug by hand under the house, in the crawl space, due to access constraints on the outside. They were even able to remove a small tree in the work area next to the house at my request that was growing wonky and needed to come out. It saved me the better part of an afternoon removing it by hand. All in all, I would highly recommend Olshan and their team to others needing similar work.
