We had an excellent experience with USS. Maurquel M, and John C were amazing! They showed up on time, cleaned up everything and did an amazing job leveling our floors! They were uber efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them for any job. Their supervisor Doug D even visited during the repair. If you have any cracked walls, sagging floors, or uneven spaces. They are definitely your guys! This company is ALL ABOUT SERVICE, A FAR THING THESE DAYS!

Dean & Javion were awesome. We received the best customer service from the initial appointment to completion. They weren’t the cheapest option. Definitely not the most expensive but they were 100 percent responsive.

I recently used USS for the second time and once again they deliver it outstanding work.Brayden,Nick and Grant spent two days installing floor joists and laying down plywood for me, and they did an excellent job. Their craftsmanship was excellent and they were incredibly friendly and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend the team to anyone looking for quality work and great service.

USS did a great job! Their communication was outstanding! The company showed up when they said they would and explained everything, Even answered my millions of questions with a smile. Chris who quoted the job was very professional and thorough. John was my lead man and he was very nice. Maurquel who did the installation was so impressive with keeping me informed at all times, which I really appreciated., on time, and kind. The gentleman that was working with him was also very nice! Thanks for a great job guys!!

Had a great experience with USS . I had called three other companies before I reached out to USS . I was pretty overwhelmed before I talked to Matt at USS. He was absolutely wonderful and addressed all my concerns with the encapsulation process and cost for different options. Then next Levi came out to do the free inspection to give me a more accurate price quote and explain what I would need done . Levi went over every single detail with me and was extremely detailed and answered all my questions with a smile . This was a new construction home that already had mold growing in the crawl space due to humidity from the summer and due to the split A/C unit sweating and leaving a lot of moisture down there, also didn’t help the plastic barrier that was put down was laid loose and over all pretty thin. Had not even moved into the house yet so was already feeling pretty scared that mold was in my crawl space . After speaking with Matt then Levi I had decided to do full encapsulation with dehumidifier and seal vents and 3 new crawl space doors. Then Chris , Alec, and Peyton came out to start the work. They showed up when they said they would did a amazing job !! Took them two days just like they said it would . Went over every step with pictures at the end . Even managed to keep the mud out of the new white encapsulation even though they were working in a very muddy wet yard. Thanks to all of you !!! Great bunch of hard working, professional guys . So thankful I called you !!! If your on the fence of which company to use please pick this one, you will not regret it !!! Thanks again , Angela Hart
