The entire experience with Erie Home from the salesmen, Trevor and Shawn,; the project managers, Chad and Kolt and the amazing work crew headed up by Adrianna was phenomenal. Doing a complete tear off and installing a metal roof on a home in SW Michigan in the middle of winter was a job I thought was impossible, but I was proved wrong. Excellent coordination between the suppliers, office, waste hauler (Dom) and work crew was top notch. I was kept informed throughout the process that took all of 3 days! The crew worked two long days and a normal 3rd day in challenging weather to get the job wrapped up before a large winter storm. Even after working all day they still took the time to clean up around the house and grounds. They will be coming back in the spring after the snow melts to do a thorough inspection of the new roof and grounds. I couldn’t be any more pleased with all facets of the project while meeting some great people along the way. It’s true…You get what you pay for!

From start to finish the roofers from Erie Homes were professional. Each man (there were 8 men) due what to do and went about doing it. They removed the old shingles and inspected the roof. If the roof showed water damage they replaced it, then they laid down the underlayment before starting with the shingles. Every man knew what to do and did it. When they were finish removing the old shingles 2 men started loading the old shingles and wood onto a trailer. Then 2 men with magnets went around the house checking for nails. It was just like watching a machine while it was working. Once they were gone it was like they had never been there at all. I also had my gutters installed by Erie Home and the 2 men that showed up told me there was supposed to be 3. They showed up about an hour before sundown and didn't think they would be done in time for me to see it in the sunlight. However it didn't take them very long. I forgot they were from Erie Home and they also were very professional in their work. They were finished in less than a hour and I was very happy with their work. I actually had plenty of time to view the gutters before sundown. I am so happy with the job that Erie Homes did that I would gladly recommend them to anyone that need anything done for their home.

I replaced my 30+ year roof with a steel roof. From start to finish it was a smooth and seamless process. It's an old farmhouse and there were other projects taking place. They were flexible with their work days to accommodate other jobs being delayed. The roof is beautiful. I just wish they could complete the fascia and gutters instead of finding another contractor. They did a decent job cleaning up, just found a few nails here and there laying on the porch. Overall very happy and would recommend. Would use them again but this roof will last the rest of my lifetime and the warranty will transfer!

I wanted to share my experience with Erie roofingafter they visited my home last night. While they performed a thorough inspection during their three-hour visit, the estimate provided was $50,000, which they eventually lowered to $44,000. However, they refused to leave a written copy of the estimate because we mentioned we were seeking other quotes. The situation became very high-pressure and intense, eventually reaching a point where I had to ask them to leave. Based on this experience, I would not recommend having them come over for a consultation.

ERIE Home's team were all very professional they walked us through areas on the roof we should be concerned with during g sales. They schedule the job very quickly after we agreed to pricing and the project manager kept us informed through out the tear down and the new install. They did a great job cleaning up.
