We recently had an issue with our newly installed basement waterproofing system, and Tyler, Adrian, and Justin came out to help. They were extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. After evaluating everything, they realized that adding a second sump pump would better protect our septic system, and they went above and beyond by installing it free of charge. The whole crew worked efficiently, got everything completed in a single day, and made sure we understood what was being done. It’s rare to find workers who genuinely care about doing the job right and taking care of the customer. We really appreciate their hard work and excellent service. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, everything went really smooth. We were told it could take up to 2 days to complete the project since we opted for the metal roofing, they did it in a day! The roofing crew were really nice and considerate. They made sure everything against the house (grill, outdoor table, etc..) was moved out of the way as to not be damaged. They put down tarps to catch anything coming off the roof, then they cleaned up everything before they left. The only suggestion I have is improving on communication. We talked with the sales team and the project manager, and everything was clearly communicated on what to expect next...but it wasn't communicated that there would be a roofing crew manager. We received numerous calls from an unknown number so we didn't answer until they left a voicemail. Otherwise, everything was awesome! We love our new roof and have already noticed a huge difference. Thanks again!!

First of all the new metal roof looks great. We chose the shingle appearance. The workers did a great job. They were very efficient Pro, cleaned up the surrounding yard afterwards. I would highly recommend them if you’re interested in having a roofing job done especially if it’s going to be metal.

The representative that came out was very informative and helpful which helped us make an informed decision. He answered many of our questions and was very professional and personable as well. He spent considerable time showing us and educating us on the quality of the materials this company uses and that had a big impact on our decision to choose this company. He took the time to explain step by step the repairs that we needed and how our roof would go through a total rebuild. The next step was the installation manager coming out, and he did his inspection of the roof to be sure enough material would be on site for the work that would be done. The installation team was prompt, professional, and thorough. I was amazed and impressed at how they stuck to the task. Our house needed a LOT of work, a total roof deck replacement!! They installed venting, the Atlantic blue shingles, and cleaned up after themselves which is always appreciated. If you want quality, you want Erie Home. Our house is now a (dry) home, and we love the warranty that's included, up to 30 years!

Contracted Erie Home to install shake shingle metal roof on house and separate garage. Found roof underlayment needed to be replaced on house portion following fiberglass shingle removal. They replaced wood underlayment where necessary, installed ice guard and synthetic underlayment over entire roof surface, installed metal roofing and ridge venting. Crew arrived early and stayed late on the two days required to finish the project, sunrise to sunset. The crew was professional, efficient and courteous, could not ask for better. Results were more than satisfactory, roof looks fantastic! We would recommend Erie Home in a heart beat for anyone looking to install a metal roof. Great company to work with on this project. Thank you very much for a job well done!
