Erie Home has a superior underlayment that attracted me. The price they offered me was not the cheapest but it was decent for the product. I couldn't be happier with the process and final product. The coordination among the sales rep, the lender and the project manager was seamless. When the work crew arrived, they worked efficiently and respectfully. My house with 5 roofs was completed in 1 day! It was miraculous! Plus, there were no hidden charges. What they quoted me is what I paid. Erie Home delivered what it promised.

The workers were here at 7:00 am and worked steadily. My husband and I watched as our roof was up and done with new ridge vents at 4:15. They also rolled our property 6 times to make sure everything was done correctly

Erie Homes did a wonderful job on our roof replacement. The quality of the roof is excellent and they completed the job in a little more than a half a day, including clean up. The only problem we had was after they were gone I noticed some damage to my Leaf Filter gutter guards. After leaving messages regarding this matter I still haven’t heard back from the company to rectify this issue.

They are a bit pricey but honestly so far totally worth it. The new roof looks incredible and the guys were very professional. Did a good job cleaning up and were quick and efficient for the entire j9b. They were wiling to work with us and went above and beyond! Highly recommend the team they are really good!

Had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday at my rental property which is a 40 minute drive for me. I got there at the appointment time, and they proceeded to call me at the time they were supposed to be arriving, telling me that we would need to reschedule due to an emergency on their end. While I was annoyed that they waited to call me, I can understand rescheduling due to that. We rescheduled for a couple days later. On that day, I got to the property about 10 minutes before the scheduled time. After it was 5 minutes past the time of the appointment, I decided to call to make sure everything was still on track to happen. The first time it rang, then hung up on me. I called again, and that time, I spoke with a woman who told me that they had a call off that day, and that they weren’t able to make the appointment… AFTER the appointment time already passed. This was also at 3pm. Super aggravating and a waste of time.
