From beginning to end, these folks were great to have redo our crawlspace. The inspection and estimate stage with Mike was transparent and allowed us to choose the best option for our specific situation. They didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. When it came to installation, Jason was fantastic. He was very easy to talk to and always kept us apprised of the progress, even flagging an item that didn’t end up needing to be fixed once they got in there - resulting in a reduction in contract price. Jason and the team were great at building trust and delivering on time. Jason went above and beyond by helping us get rid of trash left behind from the prior homeowner and saved me a trip to the dump. That on top of not trying to oversell/upsell us and delivering a great product made this such a wonderful experience.

Hitz and Michael were great! Their supervisor was also great! They were always nice, communicative, timely, effective, and efficient in their work. Joe also was very nice, flexible, and understanding. They did a wonderful job on my foundation repair, and I recommend this company and the workers to anyone.

From the first day of getting the estimate until the end of the project Hitz Michael and his crew were incredible. Always an advance call before the day began to the neatness of their work plus leaving the it totally clean after each day completed they did fantastic work. Hitz explained all that was done during the day and what would be done the next day. The whole crew was so friendly and engaging. I can’t say enough good things about Foundation Doctors. If there were more than a five star rating possible I would give that to them as well. The electrical contractor used for the electrical work was excellent as well. All around great group to have for this work.

As we were purchasing our dream home, we knew we needed to pay special attention to the crawlspace due to high levels of moisture, standing water, and the presence of mold. We knew the project was going to be challenging. However, we found a partner in Foundation Doctor, who was up for the challenge. We found them to be easy to work with as we were working out the bids/pricing, determining the differences between their proposal and the other 2 companies(nationally owned and WAY MORE costly). Michael was a PLEASURE to work with getting us started. Once onsite, Mason did an outstanding job coordinating the crew. His ability to keep everyone aligned and ensure smooth execution made a noticeable difference in the project’s success. Mason demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout, communicating along the way regarding updates and issues found. Mason not only coordinated the crew with precision, ensuring tasks were completed efficiently and with a sense of urgency, but also guided the team through significant challenges posed by hard, rocky soil. Their proactive problem-solving and adaptability kept the project moving forward without delays. Mason’s commitment to delivering top-quality work was evident in every detail, and their focus on excellence ensured our expectations were exceeded. Overall, Mason’s efforts, along with “Q” showing up to give this project a shot of energy, had a direct impact on getting us across the finish line, maintaining high standards, and creating a positive experience for us, making them invaluable contributors to this project’s success. I/we have no doubt we will recommend their services for anyone needing results bordering on “miracle” status. I’m sure we will sleep a little easier at night knowing our home is much safer thanks to Michael, Stephen, Jackie, Mason, Q, and the other superstars!

We had a drainage system and vapor barrier installed in our crawl space. We were very pleased with our experience with Foundation Doctor. Joe was very knowledgeable and worked with us to fulfill our needs without pressuring us to do more than what we needed. Stephen, Hayden and the rest of their crew were professional and courteous, often working into the late evening to ensure the job was completed quickly.
