The Boley Nazarene church needed someone to level the concrete foundation slab that had settled several inches over the years on one corner and caused cracks in the mortar and brick. I got estimates from three companies and Oz foundation solutions was overall the best price and doesn’t charge for extra extensions if needed. Frank Glascox’s was the salesperson and did a great job presenting the project to us. The repair team whyatt, Andrew and Isidro came out and put in the Helical piers and got everything back level. Then Phillip came out after they had finished and put the polyurethane injection in to fill the void for support. Great people to work with. They do great work and I highly recommend them. Johnny

I'm posting this review in hopes that I will be able to provide an update after Ox Foundations responds and resolves my issue with the work they did on my pool deck on 10 August 2026. The original issue with my pool deck was the concrete sidewalk/pool deck around the pool settled over time. The part of the concrete that is attached to the side of the pool via the coping that also holds the pool liner in place did not settle, only the part going out away from the pool. This causes the concrete to slant away from the pool and when that happens to the concrete that supports the pool ladder, the legs of the ladder that usually rest up against the pool wall start to inch away from the pool wall and stick out into the pool several inches. When the foam solution was pumped under the concrete, it didn't just raise the outer edge thus leveling the pool deck, it raised the whole piece of concrete straight up, lifting the coping, the pool wall, and stretching the pool liner. I wanted to merely raise the outer edge of the pool deck to make it more level with the coping so the ladder would pivot back down against the wall where it should be. The pool deck in this area is raised up noticeably higher than it should be now and the top ladder rung is completely above the surface of the water. There's also a new crack in the pool deck right near the ladder where the concrete was raised beyond its capacity to hold position without cracking. I am very dissatisfied with the results of this project. I was looking to have the pool deck resurfaced but needed to have this problem fixed before I covered it up with a new deck surface. Now that's on hold indefinitely until this is fixed. I will continue providing updates as this situation progresses. At this point, I would not let anyone close to my pool to do work like this if the solution is to inject foam under the concrete. Save yourself the headache and find someone who will jack it up manually without the use of foam.

I am pretty upset with Ox right now. I had originally written a very high review of their company. Our crawlspace was moldy and had a major water problem. They were paid to spray the mold, do a drainage system/sump pump, and full encapsulation. We thought they did an awesome job and we were originally very happy with the work. Now our HVAC guys are under the house replacing all of our ducting. They sent me a picture of a large area that never got encapsulated and I honestly don’t even know that the drainage system was put over there where it was supposed to be. We have to go under there and verify that ourselves. Ox is supposed to come fix the issue at some point but I feel like we have been lied to and scammed. We have been so sick from all the mold. So much so that we were willing to pay $20K to have it fixed. And this is what we got. Bare ground, they didn’t even attempt to put down the barrier, much less finish the encap. Take my warning, if you choose Ox you better check every single detail of the job before you sign off on it.

Very conscientious, professional foundation crew who answered my frequent questions and put up with my taking pictures. (My grandson loves construction equipment.) After Xavier‘s crew was finished with putting peers around our two-story section of the house, Philip and Tony drilled and injected a polyethylene material to take care of the void underneath our concrete slab. My garage is more level now than it’s been in years. Thank you.

The foundation work done was exceptional and we are very pleased. Phillip and Tony took care of the poly injection. They were very professional and kind. Definitely knew what they were doing and got it done quickly. Marlon and Cedric took care of everything under the house which included structural beams. I can’t say enough about how amazing they are. They showed that they truly cared about not only the quality of their work but they honestly cared about their customers needs. For a 5 out of 5 rating, I give them a 10+. The guys that took care of the helical piers installation worked incredibly hard especially given the tremendous amount of oak tree roots they had to dig by hand. I was very impressed by their work ethic and professionalism. Everyone that worked at our house was amazing. I would recommend Ox Foundation 100 x over!! Thank you so much for caring and doing an outstanding job!!
