I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Live Home Water Solution, all thanks to Vladimir. He did an absolute five-star job installing our system.Vladimir arrived with Jonathan the Operational Manager right on time both was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. Vladimir took the time to explain the entire installation process, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. His workmanship is incredibly neat, and he cleaned up the work area completely.If you use Live Home Water Solution, ask for Vladimir! He provides top-tier service and treats your home with respect. Our new Leaf Water Solution System was installed yesterday! The installer, Mike Layne, was excellent! It seemed to be a rather complex installation requiring putting pipes through a stucco wall and around a corner to keep it out of view from the front yard. The work he did was perfect. We are so happy to have clean water now! I would also like to call out our sales consultant, Irina Satt, who did an excellent job educating us on not only the Leaf product, but also on the overall benefits of treated water! She is a joy to work with!

After speaking with multiple water filtration companies, I decided to set up an appointment with Leaf Home Water Solutions. I met with Dabbie and Dexter Lewis on a Saturday afternoon. I was finishing an appointment with a Puronic’s representative and Dabbie told me to take my time and finish the appointment. After about 15 minutes, they came in and began the appointment. One thing that I have to say about Dabbie, she was not the least bit threatened by my previous appointment because she believes in the products she is selling. During the initial appointment, Dabbie could see the hesitation on my part and made sure that she answered all my questions. A couple of days later, she even took the time to do a three way call with my Dad to address any additional questions and concerns. After a little back and forth, I decided to purchase a whole house filtration system with salt and the UV light. I wish Leaf would have provided a year’s worth of salt like the other companies I spoke with. However, I guess you cannot get everything. After a couple of hiccups, on 2/26/25, Paul completed the install of the system. Paul was extremely helpful and took his time to make sure that he did the job correctly. He made it a point to show me when he completed each stage of the install. I had reservations regarding the aesthetics, but he made sure that the piping was not as intrusive or obstructing. He spoke with my Dad regarding suggestions, and they even had a call on FaceTime. I wanted to use the system for at least 30 days because I wanted to provide an honest review of it. I do not think it is fair to give a review if you have only had it a day or two as things can happen later. You do not realize how you normalize having and using hard water. However, there are pros and cons to having the system. I am not going to do an extensive list, but touch on a few of the main ones. At the end of the day, I am pleased to say that I am happy with my water filtration system. Pros 1. Clean water 2. Soft Water – it feels like you have lotion in the water. 3. My skin and hair condition have improved. 4. No longer having to purchase bottled water – saving $800 - $1,000 per year. 5. The R/O system does not assume valuable real estate under the sink like other systems. Cons 1. Small decrease in water pressure – informed as a possibility during the install. 2. Takes longer for the water to get hot. 3. The R/O system digital output takes up to 30 seconds to get below “20”. I am wasting thirty seconds of water each time I use it. See attached video. 4. Additional future costs – I know I have to buy salt for the system, but I did not realize that filters are needed for the R/O system and refrigerator system (Note: I did not buy the refrigerator system) and you will need a maintenance plan after the first year. My friend has a different water filtration system, and it cost over $400 each visit. She did not have a maintenance plan so I think the maintenance plan will be worth getting.

Anthony was great, he take his time putting my water system together. He works very neatly, he also explains to me and my husband clearly to any questions we ask him. At the end of him putting the water system together he ask us if we had any questions and if we don't have any questions now we can call the number and someone will be happy to help. He is also very knowledgeable and professional , you can tell how Anthony takes pride in his job and he love doing his job. Anthony is the Best of the Best. I will recommend Leaf home water solutions to my friends and families.

Giovanni Russo was friendly, polite, professional and VERY knowledgeable. We had already decided we wanted a whole home filtration system, but Giovannis knowledge and demeanor made our decision to go with Leaf an easy decision.
